We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party planned at FUNBOX. We did everything to plan this right for her. We started planning 3 months in advance. We visited the place to do a "trial run." We communicated the head count, agreed to paying entry fees for adults and children, provided a final head count, and confirmed the party 2 days in advance. Everything was coordinated with the Amir, the "Senior Manager" who told us "we are good to go."

On the day of the event, we showed up to a deflated, vacant park without a single employee. I called and texted Amir with no response. The worst part is we have yet to hear back. I sure hope this doesn’t happen to another little girl on her...

Overall a great time! We went to the 6pm one with the Sun setting so it wasn't hot or packed. The area is gated around so there's an area to put shoes, there's plenty of chairs and tables to sit while your kids play and it's covered so lots of shade. There's Porta potties in another corner with a hand washing station. Snow cones available as well but those bees are wild since it is their Season of survival mode. I wouldn't recommend for toddlers 2 and under unless they are just going to do the slides most of the time. Prepare for sore thighs the next day, after the obstacle course. 10/10 recommend. We took our 6 year old, he wants to go back everyday. Bring your Stanley's and fill them up...

I went to Lombard with my 12 year old daughter and she we love it so very much As a matter of fact the first round we went it was a little soaked that was on the bounce house it was cool was lol 😆 easier to slide and slipped 😆 🤣 😂 the stuff was amazing even" ROMI" I had to tell a staff the tag put it on to Tight . Romi was there he said it will be 30.00 for a new bracelet I was like lol 😆 😂 he was kidding Anyways we left to the mall and came back because we bought a vip bracelet if was worth every dammm dime but that romi is a Character he amazing and staff My daughter tells me can we come back and what did daddy said to daughter we'll you already...
