Chill Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Lombard

Garbage place and garbage workers. Can’t get much better than that.

On a real note, they have the worst workers they possibly could’ve hired. I reached there at 8:20 and it was open when I reached there. But by the time the lady, whose name I believe is Miranda, was done serving the other customer, it was 8:30 and she said she wouldn’t take my order because they had to close.

To add on to this extremely unpleasant experience, their closing time on Google was 9 PM, which is why we got there 8:20 in the first place. I even called at 8:15 when I was in the parking lot to ask where they were located within the mall and she directed me and didn’t even indicate to me that they were closing and that they wouldn’t take my order. I drove from 45 minutes away for this.

Of all the places you can go to enjoy, this definitely doesn’t...

Went there yesterday and wanna try their bubble tea. But I felt bad for your new cashier who’s on training . Coz the one who’s training her was kinda rude at her, maybe because she was a little bit slow which is normal for a new team member. And when she don’t understand my order she jumped in to resolve it but she even gave us a rolled eyes because she was annoyed at me. I worked as a training manager and a store manager and I know how new team member feels when they are embarrassed in front of the customer . And make sure their clothes are neat because ur serving...

The menu is very extensive and the service was absolutely fantastic. I went with a blended milk tea. I usually go with regular milk tea, the gentleman noticed my hesitation going eith the blended smoothie and offered to remake it, if it wasn't to my liking. That really surprised me. I usually dont expect that kind of service from a mall bubble tea shop. Anyways, it was fantastic. There werent any ice chunks and the tapioca was a perfect consistency.

One last note, it's on the first floor. The escalator in the food court takes you down, then it's immediately...
