Heritage Hills Shopping Center — Attraction in Lone Tree

ROUGH. Sure, this strip mall is in an excellent location. The Safeway is excellent, Lure Salon is the absolute best, Discount Tires has the best service on the planet, McDonald's is the prettiest and fastest of any anywhere, and PetzLove pet supplies is wonderful. But the downsides... The Taco Bell went out of business a few years ago and sits empty. Same with KFC... Our of business and empty. The little stores turn over frequently. And I hear the rent is astronomical which makes it even harder to survive. And there are groups of panhandlers all over this strip center in the summer. Lastly, there are groups of employee smokers hanging out front of several businesses. So mixed feelings about...

This is my main shopping center! It has a fantastic Safeway with a huge liquor store connected. There is a Bank of America in this strip. There are no associates just ATMs and video conference rooms to speak to a teller. The ATM usually has tens, rare to find! There is also a Papa Murphy’s, a nice one. There is a mail pack n ship center and a FedEx pickup inside Safeway. There are a few more stores plus in the lot there is a McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks inside of Safeway! They also have a great pharmacy inside the grocery store. And one of my favorite parts is their flower section! It is vast and beautiful! Great shopping center! Almost every visit they are out of something I need. They introduced Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies but they never have them in stock as an example. The staff at the pharmacy is helpful but there always understaffed. I know staffing is a problem right now but frankly it was like that before COVID. My wife dropped by for her flu shot but they turned her away stating they were to busy. The other day the line for the pharmacy was six people deep yet the person at the register was running up someone's groceries making the rest of us wait longer. Very...
