I bought an Appraisal ring there for $600.00 14k 3.50 grams Blue Topaz and brought it back in for repair because the stone fell out, and never seen it since. Scott Vydra gave me the run around for months on locating it and never could. Finally, I asked him to compensate me for the loss of my ring. Like something comparable I'm value and he flat out told me NO! He wasn't going to exchange, refund or otherwise just like that! He can't do this and the public and via many several agencies are being informed. He messed with the wrong person meaning I will always make a wrong be right. He was not going to do a damn thing about my loss!!! Excuse me? Then has the audacity to say I didn't pay the interest on it! On a ring that he can't produce????? Which led me to think.... How many other people have items in pawn there and paying interest on......if their item is even there? I would check....
