You have continuously committed fraud by charging my card and telling me in text message it was an error and your 'CRM is just so hard to navigate and cancel things'. You have continuously made excuses and committed fraud. This is ridiculous. Weeks to get answers and you blame everyone but yourself for continuously charging my card on different payment processors... You have no excuse other than you are stealing.

Especially on someone severely injured who has done nothing but trust you, but i smelled a snake in the grass after she talked to you about it.. You say one thing and did another. Big shocker.

I had a consult today with Natalie and she far exceeded all my expectations. She talked to me for 45 min+ answering all of my questions and helping me have a better understanding of how everything works. While this spa is more expensive than the other one in town I checked out, it’s way more professional and comforting, and NATURAL. I don’t fear coming out looking like Nicole Kidman or Madonna’s new look. I honestly am so excited about starting my journey here, and feel very safe and in the best hands. The Glow Life has truly changed my life for the better. The amount of love and care I receive from the lovely ladies that work here has exceeded my expectation. The Glow Life isn’t just healing my skin, but my soul is being healed each and every visit. Erica who I have been seeing for many weeks now has taken me under her wing. She is truly an angel.
