I’m currently in the process of wrapping up my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program at Touro University Worldwide, and it has truly been an amazing journey! My experience at TUW has been nothing but positive, and I can honestly say that I’ve felt supported and encouraged every step of the way.
One of the things I really love about TUW is how affordable the tuition is and how well-organized the classes are. The structure of the program makes it easy to stay on top of everything, even while juggling other responsibilities. I also appreciate the progress tracker, which keeps me motivated by showing how far I’ve come and even includes uplifting quotes that encourage me to keep going—it’s such a thoughtful touch that reminds me I’m getting closer to my goals.
The professors in the MFT program have been incredible. They’re attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help. I’ve always felt like they genuinely care about my success and want me to thrive in this field. They offer meaningful feedback that challenges me to grow, while also speaking positivity and confidence into my goals and dreams. Their encouragement has truly helped me become a stronger and more confident future therapist.
I also really appreciate how supportive TUW was when my state updated its licensing requirements. The school immediately reached out, explained what I needed to do, and made sure I stayed on track. That level of communication and care meant so much to me—it showed that TUW truly has its students’ best interests at heart.
Overall, I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Touro University Worldwide. This school genuinely cares about its students and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. I’m so thankful for all the encouragement, guidance, and support I’ve received throughout my journey here. I’m proud to be finishing my program and excited to soon call myself...
Read moreI just finished MFT program. The professors were amazing, class content great. The Admin team absolutely horrible, they lied multiple times, they waited 4 months to complete my assessment which they charge $200 for, unorganized and unprofessional. I finished my last practicum class at the end of April, then I attended the graduation ceremony in June. And from July through the end of August I had emailed and spoke with multiple staff at least 50x via phone and email. In the first week of September they sent me an email that said two months of hours needed to be deleted and I would have to take a practicum continuation course. When I asked why it took so long for the assessment they said they didn't know I was graduating.... and that it was my fault I should have told them via application for graduation form which I had filled out at the beginning of my last practicum and they said that it was submitted too early and that I should have known (there was never any communication after submitted the application for graduation that it wasn't accepted or I didn't complete correctly, and since I was going to the graduation ceremony I figured they knew I was graduating) .... So then in September I signed up for the additional course and paid extra $750 and then when I finished a different staff contacted me and said that I needed to delete more hours from my first practicum course from over a year and half earlier, and at that point I had to fwd her email to the directors and submit a formal complaint, since I know she had no grounds to request more hours to be deleted. I think they do this often where they scam students by having them delete hours and retake more classes for no reason but to...
Read moreMy experience with Touro University Worldwide has been overwhelmingly positive, uplifting, and truly remarkable. It had always been a goal of mine to obtain my Masters of Business Administration; in August 2023, I began my journey by enrolling at Touro University Worldwide. The experience has been an absolute dream, beginning with my correspondence with Mr. Michael Johnson, Senior Enrollment Counselor. Mr. Johnson has been a pillar of knowledge and support, guiding me through each step of the application process. Once accepted into the MBA program, the Office of Financial Aid Administrator and the Office of the Bursar assisted me through the financial aid process, which was a new experience for me. Returning to school after an extensive period since earning my Bachelor’s degree was a significant decision. While I was committed to the time and dedication required, I was unsure of the coursework and expectations. I was immediately impressed with the devotion and assistance provided by the faculty at Touro University Worldwide. After completing my first semester, I decided to continue my higher education and applied to the Doctor of Management (DGMT) program with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. I am pleased to announce I was accepted into the Doctoral Program and will begin on August 26, 2024. I look forward to continuing my academic journey and achieving another milestone by pursuing my Doctor of Management. With the continued support and guidance from the faculty and staff at Touro University Worldwide, my academic endeavors are endless. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for...
