I have a Macbook Air that wouldn’t fully turn on and pass the screen where I need to connect to wifi. I made an appointment online to go to the Genius Bar to see if it can be fixed. Unfortunately, the Genius Bar that’s close to home was fully booked for the day, but I did see Mobile Kangaroo has available appointments for the same day. I made my appointment and went straight to Mobile Kangaroo. I was actually half an hour early to my appointment, but I was automatically seen and my concerns with my laptop were addressed. The technician here is very knowledgeable and automatically knew what was going on with my laptop. He suggested doing a diagnostic test to see and confirm that the problem with my laptop was it needed for the OS to be reinstalled. The diagnostic test was only $35, and he promised to give me a call back the next day which he did. He informed and confirmed with me that the test did indeed say my laptop needs to reinstall its OS. I highly recommend everyone to go to this place. Why wait for a genius bar appointment when you can just come here and get your questions and concerns resolved? The technician here is fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Mobile Kangaroo!...

So the 2 gentlemen that helped me out with my iPhone issue were refreshing . They were cool and courteous, well versed on everything apple . They answered all my questions no matter how silly or low Teck . They were prompt and informative even though I was late and in a rush every time . So while my phone was transferring its information I realized that these 2 individuals were the only staff on site and that they were handling all these other appointments, making repairs , answering the phone , answering questions , taking phones in giving phones out , working on the computer ,running diagnostic and reassuring people that everything is cool and your phone will be ok or in shortly . Just these 2 guys by themselves. You would have thought they had an army of employees in the back pumping out phones. But no just the 2 of them keeping everything running smoothly like it was an everyday thing no big deal all the while with a smile and no complaints at all . Just happy to be there helping you out of another phone predicament that will probably happen again in 2 weeks . Just nice to see some old school...
