The quality of the photos are not what I am accustomed to. And the sizes are not exactly as described in the detail provided. When frames have already been purchased for the sizes you ordered but receive 3.5x5 , 2.5x3.5- look interested in cutting photo to size or figuring how to add a boarder because the photos do not fit, makes it a tad frustrating. And class room photo comes separately and at a different time. I liked having my children’s photos linked to my LifeTouch account since it displays all photos taken of my children from the start of their school career in one location allowing easy access to create unique custom gifts for our families. I didn’t like that the only option to purchase the digital image was after buying a larger package. That alone should just be an option. NEVER WILL I EVER GIVE THE COMPANY MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN IN LIFE, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. MY SON TOOK FALL PICTURES WITH HIS SCHOOL AND CLASSMATES ON OCTOBER 9TH 2018, AND ONLY RECEIVED BACK HIS INDIVIDUAL PICTURES. HE HAS NOT RECEIVED BACK HIS CLASS PHOTO DUE TO IT STILL BEING "IN PROCESS". I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, AND STILL NO LUCK ON THE PROCESSING OF HIS PICTURES 6 MONTHS LATER. THEY STILL ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ME A DATE, THEY TOLD ME APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS, THEY MAY HAVE A DATE WHEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Schools and Paying Customers Be Aware

It has almost been a month contacting this company in regards to getting a refund for the photos that we received. The image quality was not up to par like many previous class photos. The photos we received was very distorted with blemish issues. We have been going back and fourth sending them photos for proof and answering their questions. They are making it extremely difficult to get a refund and they do not answer their phones or emails. Make you get to the point of giving up and taking a loss.
