Just wanted to add an additional comment from a new experience with AudiophileUSA. They're terrific. And my impression is that they genuinely love vinyl and music in general. They care. Plus, every record is carefully inspected prior to shipping. I'd love to say that some shop somewhere, bigger or smaller, does it better, or that they care about their customers maybe just a little bit more, but if that's true, I haven't discovered them. Buy with confidence and enjoy a fun experience with nice, competent and professional people.

When I got home, the cardboard box felt as if it had been submerged in water, soaked and dripping wet. I love you guys and the records that you make available are exactly what I hunt for. Hats off for that. I’m a repeat customer and I feel that, in many ways, shopping for records through your site is a VERY welcome break from Discogs. If I were to offer one critique, though, it would be that the upcharge on priority shipping doesn’t really seem fair and honest. I purchase records weekly and have a fairly good sense of priority shipping rates from California to where I live in Massachusetts. Yesterday I made an order for three albums and when I selected priority shipping, it said that the price was $21.95. Earlier in the week I ordered three LPs from San Diego via Discogs and it was half that. I live in a rural area and media mail can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive here. I still went with it because at that rate, I could be paying for another record! Why are the shipping...

Saw an album and thought they were pricing it as a loss leader. Jennifer Warnes "Famous Blue Raincoat" listed as only a dollar with $10+ shipping. I love Leonard Cohen and Jennifer Warnes so I went for it. First time purchasing from Audiophile. About 30 minutes after my purchase I received an email stating they were not going to fulfill my order claiming it was a typo and should have read $100 and asking if I wanted it for $99 more!!! Knowing it is not a wildly popular album (Warnes and Cohen are both niche artists...they aren't Taylor Swift!!!) I was surprised they wouldn't honor the price. Amazon made similar mistakes for more money involved but honored the item's price. Lesson learned.....buy from Amazon not these folks. I even responded asking them if they would honor the price and they responded "no worries" we will refund your...
