I ordered Immortal Consequences signed by the author from them. I was happy with the customer service they made sure to take care of me when I ordered. However, they knew I lived all the way in Middle Tennessee and decided to ship my signed copy in a paper bubble mailer. It arrived damaged. I wanted to contact them, but I saw they had a no return policy and I doubt they have any signed copies left for me to exchange. This shop has a wonderful selection of books and related novelties. We stopped in today and left with 5 books and the Jane Austen Match Making memory game. Everywhere we looked we saw favorite books and new intriguing wonders. They had display sections on shoes and sneakers, sports (which included ballet), icons, twins, travel and more. The mood in the shop is upbeat and welcoming. They had probably the biggest collection of YA books I have seen, and so much more. They have a children’s section. I first heard about Annabelle’s shop from the LA Festival of Books. Their booth was super cute, everything pink. I wanted to buy a book there but they had sold out so they said they could order it for me and pick it up at the store. Their brick and mortar is so cute!
