Benevolence Health Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

I would give the entire "office staff" at this facility zero stars if I could. They are absolutely clueless and useless at this office and are completely unorganized. I went in for blood testing and a few other things as well with Dr.Sabrina Moiseyev (who was very nice and attentive) and after going over my lab results with the doctor I was told my lab results would be posted into my online patient portal that same day. This stupid and useless patient portal is a God damn joke because nobody ever responds to your urgent emails. Here I am three weeks later and after 8 phone calls and 3 messages to the other doctors on staff with absolutely no returned phone call or resolution has totally ruined the positive experience with the doctor. I've called so many times and have received so many empty promises by the staff that it's really ridiculous! This kind of negligence and work ethic is completely unacceptable. I've submitted a complaint with the health department due to their blatant negligence and hope they get shut down! I'm mean come on, look at the reviews. Take notice people, this is the perfect example of a work environment and practice that hires average individuals who have absolutely no work ethics, acumen or standards. These kind of people do just enough to prevent them from getting fired and are getting paid just enough to prevent them from quitting. It's quite obvious that nobody seems to care about raising the bar here and these doctors must be desperate for a job to even consider attaching their professional work with these kind of run down and poorly managed facilities. I'm ZocDoc everyone of these morons. That's what happens when you match average employees with piss poor performance, poor work ethics and low standards, they all fake it till they make it, talk smack about each other and talk smack about clients who call their stuff out. After reading the reviews they clearly could care less about going above and beyond for their clients. It's super frustrating to visit clinics like this with this kind of level of commitment and service to its clients. Do your self a favor and find another clinic or you will regret you didn't listed to all the negative reviews posted here. In the meantime I'm sure they will all continue doing the bare minimum because when you hate your job you do just enough to prevent you from getting fired... Ridiculous!! Unlike others here, I fortunately have good insurance and mistakenly selected this facility based on a doctor's individual review but when I arrived they mentioned he was unavailable and could refer me to another doctor on Staff. My mistake was not reading the reviews for this facility before selecting them as my PCP. I should have known better too that is area is hella ghetto and should of paid attention to the cross streets.. Bunch if lames here...

This place is very bad, 0 knowledge on prognosis and diagnosis, they made me wait hours for just for walk in, 5 people came in complaining , the staff is very unprofessional, no one was wearing doctor or nurse attire, I went next door to fill prescription and they tell me I had to pay 60 dollars to fill and end up leaving ther for nothing. I repeat I do not recommend anyone to this so called clinic. Pharmacy had obligations to notify the doctor that medication wasn't covered by insurance and they didnt and made me leave ther for nothing. This place deserves to be shut down!! And they need to start a petition to close this place down for good!! And They do not care about you or your health, or how you feel, if it was up to them they will let you sit there on pain and wont give a care about how long you've been ther, so if you want to be treated badly go ther if you want the best carendont think about thos place because they dont care!!!!you would think because they have nurses and docs they would have some kind...

Absolutely the worst clinic I've ever been to honestly I don't even know how the people working there are qualified to have that job they don't even know how to answer the phone they will tell you they're on another call and put you on hold and they leave you on hold for 20 or 30 minutes when they finally answer and they want to transfer you to the doctor that takes another 10-20 minutes then they pick up saying the doctor is with the patient or isn't answering the call and he will call me back but they never do call back when they send a prescription to your pharmacy there's always something missing or wrong. On top of that they talk to you with straight disrespect.. they need to find people that are actually qualified to do this job.. picking up a phone doesn't take much skills transferring a call takes no skills telling the doctor his patient called is something a 4 year old can do but they can't even do that and somehow they're qualified to...
