This place has terrible customer service. I went on Monday around 7:30pm. The moment my brother and I walked in, the employees that were at the check out gave us a look. We shrugged it off and kept walking to find what we needed. But soon after I realized their security (a female ) was fallowing us. I know because she was being way to close and when we would stop she would stop as well. Now mind you she didn't even ask if we needed help to find what we needed. For sure not going back to this place. Just some advice to that "security". First, If you're gonna fallow someone around the store, ask if they need help. I needed a pair of sneaks, and usually shop online, but when it comes to shoes I'm hard to fit and need to try them on. I was dreading the prospect of heading to a mall, when a friend suggested I try " Big Five" for a self-serve experience at reasonable prices. I headed towards the one in my neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the selection and the prices. I spent about $600 at this big 5 this pass month between 4 visits. Yesterday I went to buy a pair of running shoes and had some chubby black sales associate watching and following me from a distance while I was looking around.As I approach the register to pay my suspicion was confirmed as he followed towards the register and kind of stood behind me until my card cleared and the girl working the register handed me my receipt then he immediately turned around and walked off.
