I was working at a store in the same shopping center...and although I live in Inglewood and have grown up and stomped in this particular area since childhood...it never "amazes" me the consistant decline of customer service ...from area to area in LA & LA adjacent areas. I ordered a hot chocolate...(that's all I like from SB). I returned right away for a cup of water #1 I had to order water as if I were ordering a real drink drink ...ill just say although I ordered my water with minimum ice the reception and service i received was "Antarctica" cold...the only person that greeted me and showed himself pleasant was the "on store" Security Officer a male Hispanic. The vibe overall of the store was very low vibrational it definitely catered to the "homeless" & "random hanger outters" culture of the area....it was just an "unsettling" overall experience and vibe...nor was it the best kept...very cold vibe, tattered and worn appeal ;a lot of empty hollow space it wasn't "cozy and intimate" like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI give it two not because th products and service isn't good , it is most of the time. I'm giving it a low rating because many times the service bar with spices , milk, cinnamon etc is often not stocked or something is missing.
You get the feeling that the mobile app people are more privileged than the stay in customers. And if you don't spend a lot of money you get an attitude from at least one particular person, I won't say his name.. It's as though you're a nuisance however slight he implications And I have to go there about the restroom. Yuk!!! And I know they get super busy but once a day in the evening cleaning ain't cutting it . And please use a toilet brush .The same crust has been there close to the rim for the longest. So I know this facility gets a great ratings from a lot of people , but I think they don't hang around long enough to notice what I've observed. I hope this helps them manage better cause the messiness really needs to be addressed on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe weekend crew has the worst service. Not only did Cesar make my drink wrong the customer service was horrible. Iām asking about my drink that I ordered on the app that said it was ready but was not. They acted like they didnāt know what I was talking about and he had the drink in his hand making it. Then he goes to wash blenders while Iām waiting for my drink. He says oh Iām waiting for the espresso shot which he did not even pull till after he rinsed the blender. Multi tasking is clearly not a strong skill. While the drink was getting blended the espresso shot should have been pulled that way as soon as blending is done all you have to do is pour. Especially since my drink was already supposed to be ready & you see Iām asking about my drink. I even saw someone come in after me get a drink before me. Not sure what the point is of using the app at this point. May just stop drinking coffee altogether they say itās bad & itās not worth...
