The drive thru associate took half of my order, then as I added more items, she didn't respond. So I sat there waiting for her to repeat my order back to me because I thought she was busy with the car in front of me. Then after a few minutes of silence, she said, "can you move up so I can take the next order." I used to work in fast food, and I know that you should confirm the order to prevent any confusion. After she told me that, I really didnt want the food anymore because of the lack of service, and acknowledgment. If my kids wouldnt have wanted food from this particular restaurant,I wouldve left. I was worried about the accuracy of my order, so I said "nevermind, I'll come in and order. I pulled out of the drive thru and parked. Then I thought for a second, Im going to give the drive thru another try, because I shouldn't have to go in and order when my intentions were to make it quick and convenient, using the drive thru. I decided to go back through the drive thru.This time she confirmed my order. When i drive up to the window, I see one of her coworkers preparing fries looking back at the drive thru window as if she wanted to see who she was talking about. I heard the drive thru cashier say "I really dont care." I think she was talking to her coworkers about me." Then this young man comes to the window and asks me how I'm doing. I recognize him from my previous visits, and he does a good job at the drive thru window. I think he can tell I was irritated. He was smiling and listening, but he didn't reply, and walked away from the window. After he walked away, the young lady said "here you go" and gave me my food. She seemed annoyed.I don't know why.I didn't curse at her or even express that I was dissatisfied. I dont think she have the right attitude to interact with customers.
I suggest you place her as a cook, because she needs to be a little more professional to work with people, and something about her bad attitude made me lose my appetite. I won't be coming back to this location, and that's a shame considering that Ive lived in that neighborhood for 18 years, and never had a problem. All I want is to have my order repeated back to me, and for her to not have an attitude. Why do you think im sitting here and not moving up?...Its because you didnt say anything to let me know its ok to move up! Dont make comments in front of your coworkers about how im holding up your line and you had to throw the food away. If she's going to handle something else while I'm telling her my order, thats fine, but I'd appreciate it if she let me know she needed a moment. But instead, she had a tone that seem like she was annoyed by how long I was taking to tell her my order. I don't like the lack of communication, and social skills. You just lost a customer. It might not mean much because I'm only one person, and this Weinershnitzel get alot of buisness, but I don't appreciate the bad attitude. Best believe, that he was charged individually for everything. He received his order, The chill was lukewarm and the Cheese was raw looking like it just came out the refrigerator bag.
