AWFUL!! Someone or some agency needs to step up in order to stop their sick tactics of deceiving paying customers. It looks like they intentionally set their pumps to underfill charging cars stating "low pump pressure" for several reasons: Maintain lower operating cost by having fewer costly hydrogen deliveries; Unlawfully charging customers higher rates by applying a minimum $75 charge per fill, as yesterday I had to attempt filling my Toyota Mirai 3 times straight, but the pump cut off at around $50 each time. Simple math - they charged my card a total of 3x$75 = $225 for the $150 worth of Hydrogen, which at $36 per kilo is crazy as hell to begin with. By doing so they artificially create longer lines at fueling stations in order to make basis for the further H2 price hike.
When I call the CS a guy named Jason told me a bunch of BS contradicting what the instructions on display were. When I asked for a supervisor, he said he was it and was nobody above him to speak with, but if I want to file a complaint I should voce it to him and he will pas it over to the superiors, which apparently he had. Btw, the display has a 50% of it blocked by the dead spot and is barely readable. One last comment, I bought this car exactly a year ago, February of 2024, and all my mentioned above experiences including the damaged display are exactly the same every single...
Read moreThey used to be ~$13 per kilo for hydrogen. Now they're almost $20 ($19+ change). There are four pumps and they go down very often. They have more fuel than the woodland hills station but unfortunately true zero stations are notoriously unreliable. Every time I have been, at least one is down, normally more. The Sherman oaks true zero is worse bc there's only the two pumps (1 station) so the pressure issues are worse
Update: now they raised the price to 24$ citing the war in Ukraine and how it's affected gas prices. And apparently despite the "true zero" claim they do in fact use nonrenewable energy which is why the oil crisis affects them. But to raise it ten dollars in under a year? Ridiculous. Price gouging! They know there's no other options for hydrogen fuel unlike gas stations.
Update as of 1/13/23 : prices have been raised again to 26.75$ AND the station is increasingly offline. It's been down for days and working only intermittently for weeks....
Read more[PRICE $26.75] as of now. I have always truly disliked this station for a few reasons. From 4 working pumps it’s usually only 2 working if any, it’s expensive compared to others, whenever I go here and fully fill it marks a different mileage amount available then when I fully fuel at other stations. I give it 2 stars just out of convenience to the...
