Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This store is horrible with speed and customer service!!!! Don’t even try parking in the lot because they are so slow you’ll get stuck there in a line of cars waiting for drive thru. I am in line right now as I type this. I got in like at 6:49pm. It is now 7:18pm and I am still five cars from the order screen. I estimate in twenty minutes we’ve moved approximately 7 cars. Oh did I mention that the actually inside of store was closed so this is literally their only customer traffic and it’s taking this long!!!! You can’t even get out of line once your stuck in it. I’d say this is a Christmas problem but it is this way EVERY night (even as late as 11pm) where it can take upwards of fifteen minutes for 2-3 cars. Major issues with their management!!! I estimate now that the here are still8 cars in front of me before I can exit this hell of a drive thru which if we continue at the same pace will mean 40 minutes in this line making me late for work. Starbucks will have no issue taking our money still tho, even tho this wait is as long as a sit down restaurant. I remember the days when Starbucks would actually say “sorry for the wait this...

Their staff is quite often rude to their customers. I witnessed one employee (a tall hispanic manager with facial hair whom is always angry and rarely wore his mask at the height of covid), get a customers order wrong then proceed to yell at her when she had to come back in from the drive thru, to have it fixed. They run out of oat milk before late afternoon, don't understand how to make a wet cappuccino and will argue the concept until you show them diagrams from starbuck's website, and always moan and groan when they make a mistake and you correct them. Don't have a sign made your way or we'll remake it if you don't mean it. They also have employees that scream at you when you don't know the driveway is closed from the parking lot. This one and the one on balboa and Lassen are the worst. Go down to nordhoff and sepulveda instead; they are always kind and most of the time fully stocked (the walk in one is stocked more often than the rest, on langdon and Devonshire but the staff is hit and miss and their customers are some of the...

Worst parking lot I've ever been to it's a nightmare just to get into the parking lot and park took almost 5mins then when I was leaving come to find they blocked one of the exits so you have to go through the drive through just to get out well I had already gone inside to meet some one And didn't need to buy anymore I have a SUV so went right over the small curb and out the blocked exit it was a nightmare just getting out of the parking spot it's so crowded and the line is in the way people are rude so I had to just back up and if that jerk didn't stop he would hit me so he had to let me in so I wasn't gonna wait til I got through the drive through for no reason so I went up a small curb past the cones and I was free ...
