KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stopped by this KFC location today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code on the tenders and fries. I placed my order through the KFC mobile app because the website didn't work for me. I got a large Mac and cheese, 3 piece tender with the KFC sauce and comeback sauce and fries to complete my order.

When I arrived at the place, I was the first customer there and they were just about to open. This store location isn't in the best of area and the parking lot isn't good either. When I walked inside of the place, the lady who open up just stayed in the back and was helping just the drive thru. So my order wasn't ready at the time I selected and had to wait even longer.

It wasn't until another worker walked in and she started to help another customer first who was there to place an order. After she finish with him then she checked on my online order. They didn't even have to make the food, they just had to place it in a box and that was it. So I wasn't happy that I had to wait longer just because of the bad service here.

The chicken tenders and fries were okay and the Mac and cheese was fine to me. It's not something I would come for occasionally, the last time I been to a KFC was like years ago. I'm not planning on coming to this...

FRAUD!!! Stay away from this place!!! Not only do they never get the order right. They are also thrives!! The online ordering system is fraudulent!!! It will take your order and take your money but when you go to this particular location they will tell you they didn’t get the order. Even with proof of order and payment they would not fork over the food!! We drove all the way from Santa Clarita cause they have grilled chicken and they still refused to give us our food!! The people here are absolutely awful!!! Corporate will give us our money back ..ummm maybe a couple of days. So no food or money!!!!! My first KFC experience in the U.S. is ruined. The top rated(4.1 currently) KFC store among those like, dozens around here, serve fried chicken with a fried FLY underneath. Soggy and salty chicken was just as I thought it would be. (What an accurate public assessment these days.) I saw the human size deal promotion poster next to the counter and ordered $7 deal menu, but they charged me $8.99($9.87 including tax). They should've told me whether the limited time deal was over or the store goes with different prices. But first, should've gotten rid of that damn poster. Anyway, the 4.1 rated store serves a FLY, so I don't even know what I'll get...
