I sincerely only have positive things to say about Dr. Soliman and her incredible staff. Dr. Soliman has been treating me since 2018 for various services. Botox, Fillers, Cutera, Laser and now Morpheus 8/ Microneedling. She is honest, sincere, warm, knowledgable, non judgmental and always professional and courteous. If she doesn't think you need a service she will be very honest with you. She is never pushy and always wants you to make the best decision for yourself, of course ultimately with her guidance. I have always left there satisfied and it's worth every pricey penny b/c I trust her and Miss Melody (my other wonderful master injector ) with my face which is fragile for all of us. We all know how hard it is to find people you trust with your face and any procedure at that. Also, her staff is wonderful. Stephanie, Ashley, Jenna and Hailey are always so pleasant, helpful and accommodating with my schedule. Recently , I had 3 treatments of Morpheus 8 with Miss. Melody. Neck and face. Wow!! Miss Melody is incredible!! If you are thinking about Morpheus 8 I will tell you it works. So yes the hype is real! Miss Melody really knows what she is doing and takes her time, cares deeply about her work and she is fantastic at what she does. She wants you to get results! She pays attention to detail which i appreciate so much . I completely trust her with my face and laser can be scary if it's not done by a professional. In addition, her lovely, warm, genuine, calm personality and demeanor is just a bonus to her being great at her job and makes the experience completely worth it. Morpheus 8 can be painful but Miss Melody finds ways to make the process more tolerable. My first treatment was in March and I started to see the results for the first treatment 2 months after and I am truly amazed by the results thus far. My second session , was worse before it got better. Meaning that it was going through some major healing before the glowing results and tightness of the skin kicked it. So be patient with your results. I did a lot of research ahead of time and felt assured I wanted CIC to do my treatments. I also find that CIC's prices for Morpheus 8 were completely reasonable compared to other places. Especially for the benefits you reap afterwards. This is regarding Comsetic Injectables Center as a company, Ellen as a practitioner and their dermal filler service. I came to CIC for a touch up since I had to dissolve a filler and the person who did it (in a different clinic) overdid it, leaving a hollow under my eyes. I was greeted by the very fake and condescending Ashley, who tried to sell me the story that Ellen had done her fillers and how lucky was I Ellen incidentally had had a couple of cancellations for the next day. When I arrive for the procedure, I make sure Ellen understands where the hollows are, and where she needs to put the fillers. I make sure she undestand this about 3 times. She assures me she has done this procedure many times, yet she refuses to use a cannula. And despite the many times I made sure she understood where the filler needed to be applied, she applied it in the area below the hollows, leaving a very nasty and unnecessary bruise under my right eye due to her lack of skill in injecting the filler. The next day, when I looked in the mirror, it was obvious Ellen had missed the mark, literally, so I went back to the clinic to express my concerns. I was greeted once again by the condescending, rude Ashley, who refused to book an urgent appointment for me alleging that it was "for the patient's safety". I was supposed to have an appointment the week after with Dr. Soleimann to review the situation and provide a solution. They conveniently "forgot" to schedule my appointment and another week went by before I could see Dr. Soleimann. When I finally do see her, I get sat down, told an unnecessarily long and patronizing story about how the filler had "moved". The filler hadn't moved at all. It had been put in the wrong area. As a result, the hollows that were supposed to be filled are even more prominent, making the area around my eye look so much worse than it did before. SO MUCH WORSE! No solutions were offered by CIC, only pathetic excuses and no acknowledgement of responsibility. Although I got a refund, it does not cover the cost of fixing the disaster they did, the time they wasted and continue to waste or the personal damages caused. They haven't even apologized. In fact, Ashley tried to scam me into signing a document stating I wouldn't sue them. This behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable and illegal. There are plenty of other cosmetic clinics in LA....

I would like to share my story of a tragedy which turned into a magic survival due to the highest level of professionalism and dedication of the staff, mainly Doctor Soleiman and nurse Melody. I got a bad nose vessel occlusion from a filler injected at a different cosmetic center, and when I got to the Cosmetic Injectables Center to seek help, it was the 4th day after the unsuccessful procedure, and I had all the signs of the developing necrosis. To explain it better, the filler got into my blood vessel and moved along the vessel system blocking the blood flow and leaving the nose tissues without oxygen for days. My nose hurt and looked scary. I could not express the level of desperation and fear I experienced since I knew that such cases could lead to some deplorable outcomes. I was given the first rescue treatment by nurse Melody who handled the case with confidence, care, empathy and understanding. I left the clinic that day planning to return on the next morning to continue the treatment. However, to my greatest surprise, I received a call from Dr. Soleiman at 6 pm inviting me back to the clinic (after hours!) to continue the treatment immediately. I was truly surprised to meet a doctor who cared about nothing else but just saving my nose! The doctor opened the clinic just to continue working on the difficult case with only one goal - helping the patient! To me, it was an unprecedented case! Nurse Melody was kind enough to arrive as well. They both worked on me for hours giving me series of enzyme injections, massages and constantly checking the blood flow. The treatment continued for several more days. Every day I received a considerate call from the doctor in the evening, and I had to provide the latest photos of my nose days after the treatment was over. To cut it short, my nose was saved and completely restored. I owe this place more that I can express. Without any exaggeration, Doctor Soleiman is the best doctor I have ever met in my life in all respects!
