Unfriendly and perhaps overworked CVS employees. Telephone service is completely unavailable! In over a dozen attempts to get through the lengthy phone tree options and lengthier interminable wait to speak with an actual pharmacist, no living person ever picked up! I take over a dozen scripts and when I have called with questions, I never get through to a live pharmacist/live person! It is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy to continue operating like this. I don’t know to whom to report this, but CVS should be reported as negligent to its customers by being unresponsive to its customers. Read moreMy girlfriend left almost a dozen rolls of film to be developed at this CVS and forgot about retrieving them for 8 months as she did not hear back/ set an alarm or reminder. Don’t make the same mistake she did and pick-up within 2-3 weeks of dropping off (Fujifilm will keep rolls up to 5 months).
