We packed the moving vans, shipped the cars, and moved from California with earnest funds in escrow and a scheduled closing date. When our original buyer walked from the deal, to say we were disappointed is putting it mildly. It took us a loooooong time to find our house and Dave and Ron were so incredibly patient, professional and forgiving when we could never land on a place. Then when we all did finally find our dream home, we could not have asked for better realtors. They were available every hour of the day and night. They held our hand through every single question we had. They worked very well with the sellers. And they made sure that every inspection, every escrow document, every moment of stress was handled without a hitch. They also helped us sell our other house at the same time!
