I'm a current client of Origin and have been coming here the past 2 months. At first it was very difficult to book an appointment and I had to wait nearly 3 weeks just for an evaluation. After my evaluation I had to wait another month just to get an appointment. For regular sessions. Their office in Brentwood is very clean and has a great vibe and the PT's I have worked with are absolutely wonderful. I have to say that front desk staff are incompetent and quite robotic as they go by recorded messages (by law they have to tell you that the conversation is being recorded and I was never made aware of this until one day I had an issue with scheduling and they listened in on their recorded calls). There is no upper management, and nobody takes responsibility they just go by rules and their so called supervisor never calls. Origin, your company is trying to grow too quickly too soon without taking care of your current patients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Also patients should not be charged no show fees for your staffs failure or your system's failure to properly schedule and cancel appointments. I don't care if an email was sent, you need to realize that if a patient is telling you they did not receive an email please believe them!! Also make sure you properly cancel appointments so that patients don't show up to what they thought was an appointment only to tell them it was cancelled. Your company has to fix a lot of internal management issues before it expands. And focus on your existing loyal patients instead of worrying about acquiring new ones. I love my PT otherwise I would consider...
Read moreHad a great experience here addressing pain in my first pregnancy, so was optimistic about going back for third trimester pain in my current pregnancy. Even decided it would be worth it to pay the $175 out of pocket since Origin was no longer in network with my insurance. Such a huge disappointment. The therapist was late starting my session, spent most of the time going over paperwork and asking questions I had already answered when I took the time to fill out the paperwork ahead of the appointment. She basically told me she couldn’t evaluate me because I was in too much pain and she didn’t want me to aggravate further. I told her the ways in which the PT helped me years prior, and then she gave me some time with ice packs. Started talking about her next patient when we still had 10-15 minutes on the clock of my appointment (again, an appt that started late). Overall just felt like a huge waste of time and money. I wrote an email complaint to the manager the next day and while she was apologetic, her solution was to have me come back in and pay another $175 out of pocket to meet with her. Not the best customer service. Giving 2 stars as I do think this place has a great model going and probably helps a lot of women (if you...
Read moreWalking into Origin feels like a breath of fresh air. The space is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. But the real magic was meeting Dr. Chelsea Stager. From the first session, she exuded a calm confidence and genuine interest in my situation. My lower back pain had bothered me for months, and her thorough assessment and personalized plan helped really quickly.
Chelsea's expertise is undeniable. She explained the mechanics of my pain in a way that was clear and empowering. She didn't just treat the symptoms; she addressed the root cause, guiding me through exercises that strengthened my core and improved my posture.
Origin's online portal is great too! It houses my personalized home program, complete with instructional videos and progress tracking tools. I can access it anytime, anywhere, making it easy to stay on track even on my busiest days.
Thanks to Chelsea's meticulous guidance and encouragement, I feel so much better. My back feels stronger than ever, and I've even started incorporating regular strength training into my routine.
If you're struggling with pain (especially pre- or post-partum) or looking to level up your strength, make that appointment at Origin! You won't be...
