The Dream Center is a dream come true for hundreds and hundreds of people!! They have a discipleship program for the broken down souls who need to get away from their drug and alcohol addictions and regain and remain a better walk with Christ! Then the Dream Center also have volunteers to help out to do outreach programs. They have the short-term members who are groups of churches all around the United States and sometimes we get churches from different countries. They also help with the outreach programs like the food truck where we go to the park or street and bag food up and pass it out to the homeless. Adopt A Block is amazing as well where they go to places where families need some essential groceries and items. It's amazing how Gods word travels. Last but not least they have a veteran's program, that's where I'm at! I am a veteran from the Texas National Guard and I've been out of the military for a couple years. So they help vets like us for temporary housing. There are a couple vets that were actually homeless.. living on Skid Row and MacArthur Park now they have food, shelter and other tools they need to have a successful future. Another thing they do for us is set us up with the VA for our special benefits and other important stuff like housing and school benefits if we want to go to school. Good thing about it is that it is a one year program and they have a study booklet each week to read and study the word of God. Also morning devotion to read and study the word of God. Lastly goal packets we fill out and they check our progress monthly to see if we are steps closer to achieve our goals. Best of all we get the pleasure to go to one of the blessed and anointed church's I've ever been to called Angelus Temple every Thursday @7pm and Sunday @9am & 11am. Led by the visionary and anointed Matthew Barnett.. Every service is special for everyone and dozens of lives get changed for the better to serve the one...
Read moreIt felt like such a special powerful moment and such a blessing to meet Giovanni and Stone at the Dream Center. Their team is doing truly outstanding work in Los Angeles county for all the victims and families and children impacted by the fires. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that I can tell they are truly the exemplar of what it means to step up and show up here in a city like Los Angeles. These are the true heroes that are saving people day in and day out with the resources, hope, and faith they provide. Even the smallest donation and act of kindness can go a long way and just from Giovanni’s kindness and Stone’s prayers, I could tell that they are truly here to uplift families and communities in LA during these darkest hours. Los Angeles is not an easy place to live, and with these wildfires it has impacted many throughout the city in more ways than one. Let it be known on Google that Giovanni and Stone are amazing and their efforts to be there for those in need is really … I don’t even have the words. It made me really emotional meeting them. I’ve heard of the Dream Center almost everyday since the fires started in LA and I have been having trouble making my way out but finally paid a visit with my son. And it was really incredible to see in person the work they are doing and to meet them face to face. I was not sure if the radio was hyping up the Dream Center but it is not just hype. Go there and you will find what the city of angels is all about. Its a place where your dreams can begin. There is hope and light on the other side of all this. And tonight that’s what I found. Thank you Giovanni and Stone for praying for me...

These guys work 12 hour days with no pay they’re not allowed to even pay their own bills phones and outside sources are obsolete. How can you get back on your feet and become something when you can’t even do regular base things like pay bills or have contact with outside sources not to mention, they have a random Campos member walk the sidewalk side of the building every time somebody passes as if everyone is a threat to them. They walk out there at night with flashlights and wave them all around. They’re very...
