Important Notice:
We were recently contacted by Pizza Buona company to provide service for their commercial refrigerator. Our technician promptly responded, arriving quickly for diagnostics and repairs. Upon arrival, he observed another technician from a different company also performing diagnostics on the unit. Before starting the service, the owner was informed of a first visit and diagnostic fee, which he agreed to pay. After the service was completed, we discussed the repair costs and turnaround time. The owner initially agreed to the repair cost but appears to have continued checking with other companies to find a cheaper option. The following day, we received a call informing us that the owner had hired another company to complete the repair and refused to pay our diagnostic fee, dismissing it as “measly money” that we were pursuing. This behavior is highly unprofessional and amounts to scamming. Owners who understand how businesses operate but still refuse to pay for agreed-upon services undermine fair trade practices. After numerous attempts to collect the money- this was the owners response!

Read moreOnce again we were duped by the LA public. Ordered from this place because they got 4.6 stars on Google. Figured we'd give it a shot because we needed to feed a few kids. Ordered a large cheese pizza and 2 chicken parmagianas with spaghetti. Does anyone know what good Italian food is? The chicken parmagiana was rubbery. Chicken should not be rubbery unless it's low quality Grade D chicken. The pasta sauce was entirely too spicy. Tasted like they dumped a tablespoon of red pepper flakes in there. And don't get me started on the pizza. I'm a former NYer, I know pizza. The pizza crust was entirely too thick and doughy. And there should not be an entire vat of mozzarella cheese on the pizza. When I bit into the slice the whole giant layer of mozzarella peeled right off like a dry layer of skin. The art of pizza making is a symphony. It's the perfect blend and balance of the crust to the sauce to the cheese. Everything should be proportionate. I'm tired of eating bad pizza. If anyone wants to see what great pizza looks like check out John's on Bleecker. Pizza Buona, I would be more than happy to instruct you on how to make a great pizza....
Read moreI was so excited to see that Pizza Buona was still open or should I say re opened a block down and across the street from the original location. The location might have changed but the menu and the level of quality hasn't. The food is outstanding, I had the veal cutlet that comes with spaghetti and choice of salad or soup. The salad was so good, classic Italian salad and big, the spaghetti was perfect with an amazing meat sauce that was an amazing compliment to the delicious breaded veal cutlet, the whole meal was large enough that I had half to take home which was just as good warmed up later as it was fresh. My daughter had the fettuccini alfredo with broccoli, wow, I'm actually planning a trip back tonight just to have that myself, it was probably the best tasting alfredo sauce I've ever tasted. I highly recommend Pizza Buona, please don't let this restaurant...
