Horrible experience here. I got my brows laminated by the owner, Amanda, I guess she was distracted (gossiping about people walking by the window my whole service? Was weird.) because she "left the solution on too long" which bleached my eyebrows RED and also fried them to death, so they were crimped + fell out.

When I saw my brows at home, I texted the owner for her help/advice and she said she'd give me "15% off to re-dye them back to my natural black color"... after she ruined them? Crazy. Not sure how this place is still in business, owner's nutty.

Mind you, this was all after they texted me 30 mins before my appointment that they were running late and had to reschedule me, WHILE I was on my way driving there... So unprofessional in every way. Go somewhere else or, whatever you do, do not let the owner,...

Over the years I’ve had extensions, lifts, and brows (tweezing) from Amanda, Anais, and Coral. I have been getting lash extensions since 2016 and know the value in finding a technician who can execute the “maybe she’s born with it” (effortlessly glamorous, but not obvious) look and holding onto them with dear life. Amazingly, ALL three women of Iris + West are masters of their craft tailoring every set to flatter and accentuate the natural shape of your eye without weighing it down. I literally schedule travel dates and driver’s license photos around my lash appointments—because that’s just how essential the services they provide are to me.

Amanda is a professional and fantastic at her craft. She has completely reshaped my brows for the best. I have full brows but they needed maintenance and she encouraged me to grow them out in a few spots I didn’t believe would make a difference. Woah, was I wrong! She has also done an eyelash lift and lamination on me and I’ve loved all her services thus far. She made me feel comfortable from day 1 and she is friendly and approachable. 10/10 recommend

Update 11Aug2023 I switched from Amanda to Anais and I love Anais so much! She continued to give my eyebrows life and she is so easy to talk with. Overall, Amanda’s team does not disappoint. I will be coming back to Anais for my brow and eyelash needs. She’s great at...
