Once They have your money..... Some employees were seen separating really great items(Iâm not talking about clothes....), which were never put out for sale. Instead, they seem to put out the not so nice items. Regarding items that âlookâ okay, If youâre not diligent enough in checking that item out before buying it, they wonât return your money, even if that item is still on the counter at the checkstand, right after the transaction is completed. They will be very quick to say that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Never mind the fact that their Policy Sign was facing the cashier, so I couldnât read it when I bought a defective suitcase. Never mind that another sign was also obscured and all the way on the far opposite side of the long counter. The manager will tell you to pick out something else for exchange while those same cashiers are present that day, but what if thereâs nothing else to pick from??? Getting back to the great items that some employees seemed to set aside. Makes me wonder if they have âeBay side hustlesâ where they sell the high quality items for personal profit, then put the half broken not so great items out on the shelves for sale. Yesterday, I went to another Goodwill near LAX. I immediately found what I wanted and they were in Very Good Condition. I went to other Goodwill locations in the past and hadnât encountered the level of junk to sift through as I had unfortunately discovered at this La Tijera location. Maybe Iâm being paranoid regarding the suspicion about an eBay side hustle business by some of these Goodwill employees. Considering the look and (dis)Function of this Goodwillâs âsellableâ items, Iâm just...
Read moreI thought the lady with big forehead and braids falling out was rude but Natasha takes the cake. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of one of your employees Miss Natasha. My experience with her was not only unprofessional but downright unacceptable. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and respect. Making me feel uncomfortable as if Iâm stealing clothes when I tried to return them with a receipt is terrible. Not only that she made a damn bargain with another customer outside the store to come grab some clothing from the store! I ignored that but this? This is completely unacceptable!
At no point did they demonstrate any willingness to assist or resolve my issue. Instead, their condescending tone and careless demeanor made the situation worse. Frankly, it left me questioning how someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to represent your company.
I expect this matter to be addressed seriously. If this is how your business permits employees to treat clients, I can assure you I will not be returning, and I will be certain to share my negative experience...

He was there when I saw it, took it and priced it, returned it to me and placed it in front. He lied because he was scared to lose his job..
