This Goodwill location is spacious and has plenty of parking right out front, which makes access easy. Inside, the store is fairly well stocked with a wide variety of items—clothing, furniture, household goods, and more. There’s definitely potential to find some good deals here. The staff is okay, though not particularly warm or engaging. Nothing negative, just not the friendliest vibe. That said, the store could really use more regular cleaning—not just the merchandise that's scattered everywhere, but the floors and general upkeep as well. I know it’s a thrift store, but a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall shopping experience and encouraging customers to spend and donate.

Found a couple of things. For the most part, really no deals. The selection is minimal. Display case did not have anything worthwhile. Small shoe section. Lot of bare space on the shelves. They have a ramp like entryway when you first come in. NO restrooms. The parking lot is small and very tight. Did not see any handicap parking spaces.

Once They have your money..... Some employees were seen separating really great items(I’m not talking about clothes....), which were never put out for sale. Instead, they seem to put out the not so nice items. Regarding items that “look” okay, If you’re not diligent enough in checking that item out before buying it, they won’t return your money, even if that item is still on the counter at the checkstand, right after the transaction is completed. They will be very quick to say that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Never mind the fact that their Policy Sign was facing the cashier, so I couldn’t read it when I bought a defective suitcase. Never mind that another sign was also obscured and all the way on the far opposite side of the long counter. The manager will tell you to pick out something else for exchange while those same cashiers are present that day, but what if there’s nothing else to pick from??? Getting back to the great items that some employees seemed to set aside. Makes me wonder if they have “eBay side hustles” where they sell the high quality items for personal profit, then put the half broken not so great items out on the shelves for sale. Yesterday, I went to another Goodwill near LAX. I immediately found what I wanted and they were in Very Good Condition. I went to other Goodwill locations in the past and hadn’t encountered the level of junk to sift through as I had unfortunately discovered at this La Tijera location. Maybe I’m being paranoid regarding the suspicion about an eBay side hustle business by some of these Goodwill employees. Considering the look and (dis)Function of this Goodwill’s “sellable” items, I’m just...

I thought the lady with big forehead and braids falling out was rude but Natasha takes the cake. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of one of your employees Miss Natasha. My experience with her was not only unprofessional but downright unacceptable. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and respect. Making me feel uncomfortable as if I’m stealing clothes when I tried to return them with a receipt is terrible. Not only that she made a damn bargain with another customer outside the store to come grab some clothing from the store! I ignored that but this? This is completely unacceptable!

At no point did they demonstrate any willingness to assist or resolve my issue. Instead, their condescending tone and careless demeanor made the situation worse. Frankly, it left me questioning how someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to represent your company.

I expect this matter to be addressed seriously. If this is how your business permits employees to treat clients, I can assure you I will not be returning, and I will be certain to share my negative experience...

I had the most horrific exp at this location. I asked an employee how much an item was he left and had the item priced, he returned it and tolde 9.99 ok no problem he put it in the front for me. I proceeded to shop. I saw the box that the item came in i put some items the box as i reached the counter i thought i really dont need the box..The guy at the counter said didnt u have the box i exained i found it when I was shopping but dont need it, gave him the box and he said you took it out of the box. The manager approach and began yelling repeating over and over people do this all the time.I was so upset. Been on my job for 23 yrs. A Christian and adopted twins I never have steal God has Bless me!!! The older man who priced the item, lied and said I took it from the box. He was there when I saw it, took it and priced it, returned it to me and placed it in front. He lied because he was scared to lose his job.. The manager refused to allow me to purchase mh items and then gave me a tres passing notice I was like what just happened, I love thrift shopping as a way of destressing. The manager no words to describe...
