The Haunt’o’ween experience was nice and me, and my family did enjoy our time there. Very cute photo ops !

However, BEWARE of “Daddy’s Best Froyo truck” !!!!!!!!!!! This particular vendorwas very dishonest, and I will not be recommending this event because of this shady vendor! ALL other vendors had prices for their items and allowed you to choose a tip on their screen and your form of receipt option(text, print, or email)

My encounter with this froyo truck was different. There were no prices for anything! Right before taking my order, the cashier was helping a woman and she was allowed to select tip + receipt method! NO ISSUE. As soon as I placed my order, for some reason, the machine “stopped working.” the man behind the counter took my card payment and told me that my total was $28 for ONE churro and one FroYo. I didn’t expect it to be that expensive, but it was fine. The cashier told me that the card machine was “acting funny” all of a sudden. So he took my card payment and decided to tip himself ($4) and did not give me a receipt. I didn’t think anything of it until they tried to hand me 2 Froyos + one churro. At this point, since I did not receive a receipt and since I paid $28 for two items, I assumed that maybe the guy took my order overcharged me an extra FroYo. I asked one of the girls for a receipt and they said that I had to ask the cashier who took my order. At this point, the cashier is going back and forth (seemed like he wanted to avoid giving me a receipt) he asked what I ordered, I told him, and he said “yea $28 sounds about right” so I said “ok so can I have a receipt? Because they just tried giving me a second froyo and I only ordered one.” he seemed to be irritated that I asked for a receipt. He spent 5 mins scrolling on his tablet “looking for my receipt” he even asked me for my last name and what my total was again. He ended up printing the WRONG receipt with a different card number and completely different total. I checked my bank app and they charged me little over $30. Doesn’t make any sense! BEWARE of this shady truck, my cousins who placed an order afterwards ordered the EXACT same items we did and they were told their total was $23 but charged $27! Seemed like they’re making up prices as they go and adding tips OR the cashier doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing! Hope Haunt’o’ween doesn’t contract them for business again. All other vendors here were great and...

Haunt O' Ween in Woodland Hills was a lot of fun for our toddler and they made it fun for the adults with Malibu Wines and good food options.

They had a cute toddler/small child friendly alligator roller coaster ride and a carousel that all ages could enjoy. They had a huge hay stack that the kids just loved climbing (everyone prepare to shake hay off yourselves and your kids). The whole set-up was thoughtfully and artfully put together.

The actors were in the non-scary Halloween spirit with their great costumes and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our 2 year old got to Trick o' Treat for the first time in their cool, little black light town. There were carnival games, pumpkin painting and face painting available. There were a lot of fun Instagrammable props.

Parking wasn't too hard and they did a great job with the ease of flow of people. I think having the tickets time-based and no re-entry helped with that a lot. They did have porta potties but if you could get a sweet spot of 6p or 7p entry (the event is so much better when it's dark) and leave at 8 or 9p and go to one of the many, nice fast food/fast casual restaurants near by to grab a bite of something, you might be able to have a nicer bathroom option.

We would...

We where so excited to try this place out with my little ones . What a shift show . Nothing unique . Nothing scary . Nothing fun to do . Just a big space for parents to get drunk and let there kids run wild . Not one maze haunted house or visual immersion . The activities where all run down example. For The duck ring toss the water was brown , and the ducks where all tipped on their side i asked the annoyed teen to turn them all right side up so we can at least play . After we Won we didn’t get a prize or anything my son was disappointed. Then we stopped to color. no pens , no space to draw . Everything was a mess . Then to the trick or treating , they handed out bags of takis instead of candies , little toys ect. Like my kids want that . For 49$ a person it was a huge enormous waste of money . Time and energy . My husband who paid for a ticket ended up leaving and staying with our toddler inside the car because of how busy it was and how dirty. I was really exited to have fund but nowadays it’s hard to find places that actually make it worth your...
