Kids Empire Woodland Hills — Attraction in Los Angeles

This place have very unprofessional customer service. I went in yesterday Aug 1st at around 5 pm with 4 kids. I had a newborn who is not 11 months yet she will be on the 13th of Aug. She asked me how old is the baby in the stroller ( she was sleeping) so I just round it up and said 11 months she said I have to pay for her I said for the 11 months she said yes with attitude. I told her she will be 11 months on the 13th she said I have to go with what you said first ppl come here and lie about their kids age. Wow accusing me lying about my child age! I had 4 kids bouncing around I was paying her $100 for the kids to play around. I tried to explain to her one more time she stated saying all the lablabla I don't make rules, I don't this and I don't that. I asked to speak to manager she said that she is a manager and ruled her eyes walked away. So rude. I would not ever go step there again. She was trying to be smart and...

It’s been 2 months this place is not the same ay all. Staff has changed not for good tho.over booking and taking ppl in more Han their capacity. Forcing ppl with the stupid policy of no food allowed from outside to just sell their unhealthy junks. What kind of business is that? Coming to pp asking to throw their food away. Making unprofessional place for everyone experiencing here. Raising your price and collecting money is doesn’t mean you are running your store in a smart way. Ppl will eventually stop coming here and rest will Never ever even come , Better to fix the issues rather than ignore!! We had an amazing time at this indoor playground! It's the perfect spot for kids to play, explore, and burn off some energy in a safe, clean, and fun environment. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for all age groups, especially toddlers. My little one had the time of their life! What really made our visit outstanding, though, was the staff especially ANDRIK and Tara. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. You could tell they genuinely care about the kids and their safety. Whether it was helping kids navigate the play areas or simply checking in to make sure everyone was having fun, they went above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare these days.
