I have been to the Glendale one and thought that this would be just as great. WRONG ALL THE WAY. Came for lunch today and it was HORRIBLE. I ordered 10 different Kinds of Rolls, Edamame, and some Goyzas. The Edamame was nice and good. The Goyzas were a bit dry on the inside and soggy on the outside. As for the rolls, they were horrible all they way through. I ordered California with Crab Crunch Sunset Baked Crab Roll Blue Crab Rainbow Spider Roll Lobster Dynamite Spicy Tuna with Popcorn Shrimp Tempura And Katsuya Jumbo Roll -every single on of the rolls we ordered the rice was really mushy and the roll wasnt tightly done, so it crumbled into pieces as soon as you picked ut up. Than to make matters worse we didnt even get 5 of the 10 rolls we ordered. My table and i waited 20 extra min.s to see if maybe they were backed up. But nope nothing. So i told the waiter to cancel the 5 that we didnt recieve. So he said okay. But proceeded not to cancel it. So we got charged. I asked rhe waiter if we could speak to a Manager. He proceeded to tell me that apparently thats their policy and the Manager wouldnt be able to anything. So i told him i wasnt going to pay. He said that he'll double check. Came back and said that they couldnt do anything cause they didnt know if we got the food and could have possibly lied. So i was already done with this place. We didnt get California Crab Crunch Rainbow Lobster Dynamite Katsuya Jumbo Roll But they were easily able to charge it. This was a bad experience at this place. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your reservation system and customer service. I have had multiple negative experiences at your various locations and feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
First and foremost, I have found your reservation system to be incredibly unethical and ignorant. On multiple occasions, I have attempted to make a reservation only to be met with excuses or problems that prevent me from doing so. This has led to frustration and a sense of disrespect towards me as a customer. I understand that there may be issues that arise from time to time, but it seems that this is a consistent problem at all of your locations.
Furthermore, I have found that many of your hosts are rude and seem to have a complete disregard for customer service. I have been greeted with indifference and even hostility at times, which has made my dining experience less enjoyable. It is unacceptable for any business to treat their customers in such a manner, and I am disappointed that this seems to be a pervasive issue at your locations.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experiences at your restaurants. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues with your staff and take steps to improve your reservation system and customer service. Read moreI have been coming here for a few years now, my family and I had always have such a pleasant time and the food is great. Today was just one of the worst experience I had with a server named Rhy. The moment me and my family sat down she walked up and aggressively just said here take a wipe. Never did she introduce her self to us, asked if we are celebrating anything (which we were celebrating my mother in law birthday) was just in such a hurry to take our order. Upon taking our order, she didn’t take our orders right and the busser brought my wife the wrong sushi roll. The server than come up to my wife with the dish in her hand with an attitude told her “you order this sushi! So now you don’t want it?! “ in her face. My wife politely said no I’m sorry if you heard me wrong but that’s not what I ordered. She then walked away rudely mumbling. My family and I were all just in shock in the way she talked to her. After a while not checking on us she approached us finally and asked if everything was ok? My mother in law didn’t answer her because she didn’t hear her and she went off again with an attitude saying “ is there a problem!” that’s when actually told her something.
