Whenever I call to inquire if they have a certain item in stock, it's a pain to ask and get the accurate information I need. The review rating seem way too high compare to the actual experience I get each time I call or visit. It feels like I need to be thankful to them for sharing a few minutes of their time. And I can't even pre order non stock item over email nor phone. You have to be in their shop to be able to place order for an item they don't keep in stock. From start to end, absolute top-tier support! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The purchase was smooth and efficient. Never had any complaint with this company. There are a lot of selections on just about any roofing needs. With the recent unusual amount of rain, I needed to patch the roof until I'm ready to replace it. I called in and asked what would be a good material.
