I had a horrible experience here both times I went. I received a gift certificate and tried to use it last year. We got started with my massage and the therapist became very rude when I asked her to turn the volume down and I could just feel her energy was off so I stopped the massage. Unfortunately, no one was available so I had to leave without a massage.
I finally felt ready to give this place another try. I had an appointment with Margie... everything started off OK... I started to feel really cold about halfway through the massage and had my arms tucked under my body, so I asked if she could lower the AC, she ignored me at first.. then put an extra heavy blanket on me but then pulled it down to massage my back so I was still cold.. so I asked her again to turn down the AC, she then said something about she needed it to be cool so I should understand and I said "no I don't understand I'm very cold and uncomfortable" so she walked over and slammed the portable AC unit off. So much tension in the room after that, I wasn't abel to enjoy the massage. To top it off they distastefully bully patrons into a 50% massage ($30 on a $60 massage). That's...
Read moreI am a health-care worker. Due to the demands of the field and particularly due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, my schedule changes more than ever. A few months ago, I finally had gotten some time off and they started to relax the restrictions, so I decided to book their services and made an appointment for a Sunday. Unfortunately for me, late evening on a Saturday (a day before my appointment), I get call from work and they required me to work on Sunday (the day of my appointment) and I ended up missing my long-overdue message. A few months forward (today), I called to book an appointment for Saturday, June 12, 2021, and I am told that I could not book any appointment UNTIL I "take care" of my previous appointment? I would think that considering the business devastation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses would be more eager to retain customers or welcome new customers. Total lack of...
Read moreVery unethical business practice here. I was never notified that I would be double charged for a “missed” appointment that happened literally months ago. I paid 59 dollars up from to secure my appointment. Not once did the receptionist notify me that I was being billed for a past “missed appointment”. After checking my credit card I paid a total of 153 dollars for a single massage - which included my generous tip of 35 dollars.
I spoke to a receptionist about the double billing who was incredibly rude to me stating that this was their policy and “that I was wrong”. This is very poor business practice.
Also, I can’t find a single statement on their website that lists anything in regards to their cancellation polices.
Be aware of setting up any type of massage package here…. And god forbid you must cancel or miss an...
