Last time I was here the guy was so nice. Came back because of that and of course the girl helping me was so rude. And not helpful at all. I worked at a dispensary and she was trying to explain things to me that are not even true. She said terp percentage dictates if it’s sativa indica or hybrid which is the falsest statement I’ve ever heard. Not to mention no one said hi to me when I walked in she just goes “what flavor” like?? girl this isn’t an ice cream store. She was suggesting random things to me that I’ve never seen or heard of and when I was confused as to what the products were and asked a. Question she was annoyed. She didn’t even explain pricing or discounts at all. It was my second time there so I was promised a discount from the last time I was here which she only disclosed once I asked. Then she up charged me five dollars on credit card and I got no cash back. Which was NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME! Which you would think she would do ESPECIALLY since I have an out of state ID.Oh also stood there staring at me tap my card in the wrong spot not bothering to tell me it’s on the opposite side of the machine, once again to make me feel dumb.I said why didn’t I get cash back she said not with credit card, and we up charged you five dollars. Like oh???? Thanks so much for telling me after the transaction! So rude like night and day from the last time I was here I’m so dissapointed I will never come back now. She was talking to me like I’m dumb when I’ve worked at a dispensary for years. Even if I was a newbie it’s not right to speak to people that way. Especially someone out of state. I thought this was a spot with nice employees...

Go to GOAT global on Westwood. It is the best dispensary in this area. They have specials unlike any of the other rip off ones. Everyone here cares and gives seller suggestions and I’m so glad I got to meet Bree because she taught me a lot and now I know when I’m coming back to stock up so everyone go to GOAT screw all the other dispensaries. This is where you wanna be. Kirstin was fantastic. She will let you know all about the deals and is willing to accommodate any need. You may have while you’re trying to get your stoner on. I’ll say they have happy hours every day, I’m not a morning person, so what I usually do is come between 5 and 7 PM. Weir everything is 15% off. They sold me an 8th and told me it was a quarter. I asked the vendor for a quarter or an 8th. He then pointed at a section and said here is all of our quarters. He showed a couple strains, and I chose of them. There never was a talk of price since I wasn’t focused on that. I paid what was owed and went on my way. I got to my car and looked at the package which felt light. I looked and it was an 8th rather than the quarter I was told it was. I went back in the store and told the vendor of the mistake. He looked at me and said, we don’t have any quarters for that price!

The price never was the selling point, and rather than apologizing for the mistake he acted like mister cool guy, and brushed me off. This is not a way of conducting business. Wished it went differently, looks like a great store, but I will not...
