My Aesthetic Doctor — Attraction in Los Angeles

This review is long overdue but I couldn't let another day go by without writing this! I have to share my experience with Dr Fakre and the Endolift treatment. Endolift is an amazing treatment that tightens the skin and melts fat. I had seen Dr Fakres results and I was very impressed. So l scheduled an appointment for my arms. I had lax and crepey skin with stubborn fat pockets. I arrived for my appointment and Isabel and Kathia were so excited for me as well as made me feel so cared for. They both have such a sweet and caring way about them that I immediately felt at ease. Isabel even held my hand during my treatment! When Dr Fakhre came in she also made me feel so cared for, she not only is such a talented and brilliant Doctor, she has such a wonderful bedside manner. Dr Fakhre took her time to explain the process and was meticulous when doing the treatment to ensure optimal results! I can't say enough of how great my experience was and how incredible Endolift is! Dr Fakhre let me know final results would take 6 months but I would see improvements sooner and just get better leading up to that time. It's now been 2 months since my treatment and I have seen improvements starting at about 2-3 weeks and it has continued! I'm so excited to see the final results! However I'm so impressed I'm going back to have another area done!!! I highly recommend Dr Fakhre not only for Endolift but everything else she offers! I highly recommend Dr. Fakhre. I was having issues with my Botox not lasting very long and then not seeming to work at all. I was extremely frustrated and felt like I may not have any non surgical alternatives left. And then I found Dr. Fakhre and I am so pleased I did. I really like her and am a repeat customer. I’ve found her to be knowledgeable about products on the market and about why Botox was no longer be working for me. She suggested an alternative Xeomin that gives the same results but since it is newer, and a different toxin a person’s body may not have built a resistance to it. Dr. Fakhre was also very patient with me and all of my questions and took time to make sure she delivered the Xeomin with great care. She was very precise and artistic in her evaluation and of my needs and in her suggestions as to what would benefit my unique situations. On top of that was she was one of the most caring aesthetic doctors I’ve been to and was also extremely conscientious and concerned that I receive the results I was looking for which I did and I am quite pleased with them. I was not an easy patient as my face muscles seem to be very strong and it took a lot of work, product, and patience to get my desired results. I came in as a new patient specifically for Botox on my forehead. In my new patient paperwork, I clearly indicated that Botox for my forehead was my only area of interest. When the doctor entered the room, we had a good discussion about my goals — how much movement in my forehead I wanted to retain and what I hoped to achieve.

However, the conversation quickly shifted. She began pointing out other areas of my face, suggesting cheek filler to address volume loss and even recommending chin filler as a consideration for aging.

While I understand she may have been trying to offer helpful suggestions — and perhaps upsell additional services — it felt inappropriate and unsolicited. Aesthetic treatments are deeply personal, and most people pursue them to feel more confident. Instead, I left the appointment scrutinizing parts of my face I’d never been self-conscious about before.

Had I expressed interest in facial volume loss or fillers, her input would’ve made more sense. But I was very clear: I came in for Botox to address forehead lines and 11s, nothing more.
