Next Health Century City Westfield Mall — Attraction in Los Angeles

Thank you, Next Health!! You exceeded my expectations. From the amazing friendly customer care from the Next Health team to the relaxing and clean establishment, my experience was second to none. I was greeted by Josie and Will at the front desk. They were so friendly and I appreciated that they guided me through the process making me feel comfortable from the start. A nurse practitioner assessed my health to ensure the treatments I wanted were safe for me. I absolutely appreciated this and felt safe and more relaxed. Will then escorted me to a comfortable lounge area where I received IV Therapy. Will was so professional and so attentive. He offered me lemon water and a heating pad which felt so relaxing. Samantha helped administer the IV and she was so sweet and caring. The IV was so easy and definitely beneficial for my skin and immunity. I did the Longevity IV and highly recommend it. I also did the infrared sauna, cryotherapy and a little Botox. The Infrared Sauna felt like a warm hug. It was hot in there but it felt great on my skin. Then I did the cryotherapy and that was so invigorating. The time goes by fast while your listening to music. I felt alive after that. I finished my day with a little Botox. This was my first time and I'll admit I was a bit nervous. Vanessa and Michelle took such great care of me. Vanessa went through a thorough assessment and was super informative. She educated me and answered all my questions. She has been in the industry for over 20 years and is excellent at what she does. The treatment was amazing and I am so happy with the results. Michelle was so sweet and supportive the whole time. To top it off the General Manager, Carly, checked in with me to see how my visit was going. She was very professional and personable. Terrible experience dealing with this company from the moment I walked into their Westfield Century City office. They hired obnoxious rude teenagers for their front desk and it ruins your experience from the moment you walk in.They don’t even bother lifting their heads up when a client walks through the door, mumbling incoherently when you ask them a question. It gets worse from here. Their nurses can’t answer simple medical questions blaming it on “we are here just to give you injections”. It took me 20 minutes to get their general manager come out of his office to address a booking error that he himself didn’t even know how to fix after 30 minutes of struggling with his internal system. When he managed to give me my appointment with a doctor it was a month and a half (!) from when my lab results were to be ready. Naturally, they sent me an email a month later saying they lost my lab results and are investigating what had happened. Now I’m going to miss my appointment with the doctor since I don’t have all of my results in hand. What a huge disappointment and a total waste of money. I wouldn’t ever step foot into this place. If you want to save yourself a huge headache and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that have great customer experience and don’t waste your time for top dollar. I’ve been a member here for about 3 months and after some time to assess I can say joining NextHealth has been one of the best health decisions I’ve ever made. Both mentally and physically, I have felt an enormous effect on my mood, energy and overall fitness.

Being a premier member provides two IV drip sessions, two vitamin shots, and 10 credits to use towards Cryo, Infrared Sauna and Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, per month. It is a great overall package that if you were to separately purchase can easily reach north of $800 a month, but with the membership it’s capped at $299. While this may seem a lot, not going out a couple nights for dinner in exchange is a fair trade off your body will thank you over and over again.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating and really care to help you achieve your optimum health. The locations are ideal if you go to equinox since they are all located right nearby. A combo of gym, sauna and cryo has been the perfect concoction of feeling like a million bucks.

My next move is to try their NAD+ drip therapy, as I’ve heard nothing but great things from friends of mine and my doctor.
