The most delicious pastries!!! Came here around 2 pm on a Thursday. I called beforehand to see if they were open for Veterans Day (November 11) and they were--normal hours too! It was a little crowded when I arrived, ~5 people waiting for drinks and 4 people waiting in line to checkout. ~Pastry grabbing experience~ No trays/tongs to use but there was a sign you can ask the front counter for some but all staff members was clearly very busy? So I didn't ask... and ended up carrying ALL of these pastries in my hands while waiting in line pictured here (and more!)... I ended up spending $44 haha TT__TT Ever since the pandemic, pastries here have been individually packed/wrapped so you don't have to worry about others touching the foods and what not. ~Masks enforced~ As far as the mask mandate, they did enforce it because a lady in the store was not wearing one and a staff member politely asked her to. ~Drinks~ I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Mango Slush. Both of these drinks can only be ordered Large size. They are DELICIOUS! 5/5. I am so pleasantly surprised. ~OVERALL~ I haven't been here in a year and I am pleasantly surprised by how fast drinks were made! As fast as they can be made-- with only 1 cashier open and only 1 staff member making the drinks, and 6 customers in front of me when I was checking out. Drinks 5/5 Pastries 5/5 Only -1 star because: 1) I had to carry all of these pastries in my hands since I would've had to ask for a tray/tongs when no one besides the cashier was the front--like all staff members were clearly busy (I know this is my problem too but having trays available should be easily assessable!) 2) I ended up getting charged for 2 orders of egg tarts because I had too many pastries and the cashier double charged me for that since she was putting some pastries in a box while the others in a bag... it's okay, I was only charge $2 over so NOT a big deal Otherwise, no other complaints. I love 85 degrees! Highly recommend giving it a try! Will most definitely be coming back again!

You can say: **“I have ordered from this store twice through DoorDash, getting pastries and café lattes. Both times, there were issues. First of all, they always send incomplete orders, as if they forget or leave things out. Both times, there were missing items. Most importantly, the last time I ordered an iced café latte with boba, the lid was open. It wasn’t even placed in a plastic bag, and there was a large hole in the cup when it was handed to the Dasher to bring to me. I’m sure the Dasher didn’t make a mistake, but I have no idea where they placed my drink, how they handled it, or if it got contaminated on the way. On top of that, this store doesn’t even answer their phone. I will never order from them again, and I strongly recommend that no one else does—especially through DoorDash.”**

Stumbling upon this bakery was like finding a hidden gem in a sea of mall mediocrity, where every pastry is a ticket to a sweet, flaky paradise without breaking the bank.

Imagine a place where $20 feels like a heist because you're walking away with six or seven freshly baked masterpieces, each costing no more than the loose change gathering dust in your pocket. Yes, they might not do the whole 'heating up' jazz, but who cares when each bite, cold or not, sends you on a blissful detour to Cloud Nine? The cream cheese delight is a creamy dream you didn't know you needed, and the milk croissant? Let's just say it's the kind of pastry that makes you ponder life's greatest mysteries, like how something so simple can taste so divine. Sure, the calorie count might make your fitness tracker faint, but every bite screams, 'Worth it!' This bakery is a reminder that true joy can be found in the simplest of things - or in this case, the tastiest. A solid 10/10 for making the mall a destination worth savoring.

Do yourself a favor, skip the calorie counting for a day, and let your taste buds lead the way. You won't regret it, especially if you try that cream cheese pastry. Trust me...

This review is specifically about their store associate, Jessica, and her complete lack of respect and rude treatment towards my mom this morning. My mom and aunt were in line to pay for 4 trays worth of baked goods as she tasted one of them to see if she wanted to buy more. This apparently triggered Jessica to yell at my mom, in front of everyone, saying “you’re not allowed to eat without paying” amongst other things. She went to the extent of telling her that she will ask her to leave the store and proceeded to yell at her “you don’t eat for free” AFTER my mom paid $100 worth of goods. Was it necessary to cause a scene and disrespect my mom, a paying customer who was in line to check out, in front of everyone? Her reaction was completely unnecessary, absolutely rude and disrespectful. It looks like other customers who left reviews have posted about how rude store associates are at this location. This needs to be addressed immediately to ensure that this doesn’t happen again to another paying customer, especially at a location like...
