Disorganized, rude management and staff changes prices, despite the item being tagged for the Thursday $1.99. Management states because the item is supposed to be a jacket and pant set. Yet cannot provide the other item. So management inflates the price to $19.99, because the other item is missing. Despite signage throughout the store indicating $1.99. Do not shop here; this entire organization receives 100% free inventory. And then inflates the pricing on items that are covered in stains and body fluids, to almost retail pricing as if new. I hope they close this type of shady business. The staff is mishandled by people who lack the skills in leadership. The organization then pays the staff not even a living wage. Nice Big Selection of Goodwill Goods To Buy Especially in the clothing/cds/dvds/and electronics. But Be careful when buying there cds/dvds or electronics because make sure the condition of items are Good and test electronics there b4 buying. I bought 2 xbox 360 games that looked good but didnt want to play at all in game system. When i went to try and refund or exchange the manager said they cannot because final sale is their policy. I finally got them to exchange my purchase for other items that equalled to the same amount of the non working games. Just moved to this area and I decided to visit Good will to see if they had any vintage-y deco. I went with my mom and we both thought the store was really clean, organized, and well stocked. (I've only been a handful of times but this spot was better than the other ones I've been to before.) I visited this location twice and both times I was helped by Marlene.
