Sadly, this group doesn't care about patients. They won't remember anything about their clients, will dismiss and hang up on you, and don't even take the proper notes to make you feel comfortable that they know what they are talking about when it is time to move forward with the procedure. I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Sonia and Patty. From what I read Patty is the one who gets poor reviews for customer service. But Sonia really left a poor taste in my mouth. I thought everything was good and well, until literally the day before my scheduled appointment when I hadn't received any follow up after the thanksgiving break. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, finally I was able to get a hold of Sonia who didn't remember me, didnt remember the treatment I needed, lied to me and try to pass it off as if I had originally talked to Patty the first time instead of her and asked me to text her information about the type of treatment I needed. Yes.. I am happy to provide that, but they were also huge red flags that did not make me feel comfortable as a patient. When I tried to voice my concerns and ask why we even booked the appointment to begin with she said "she did not like my tone" and "if its so much for me to send her information we can cancel the appointment". Very disappointing and speaks volumes to the type of care she provides in her practice. I certainly wasn't going to have her perform any type of procedure on me. There is no shortage of dermatology related skincare providers in the Los Angeles area. Find a practice that will provide you with the care and respect...

A beautiful facility with great customer service, and a level of professionalism that made me feel very comfortable. They listened to my concerns and made recommendations that I am extremely satisfied with. I’ve had several of their treatments performed, and I’ve been satisfied with them all. Though you can never expect perfection when it comes to these type of things, I can tell you that I feel better about myself and I will continue going back for their services.
