This is the only spot I go to. I don't get massages often, but I always felt that with other places I really rolled the dice. I don't like the feeling of spending over a hundred dollars for a massage and thinking the whole time "am I just paying for the atmosphere? How much did that water feature in the front set them back?" Here, the therapists are really good. They are courteous and professional. Man, can they do a great deep tissue massage! I don't get Swedish massages anymore after I started getting deep tissue massages! Ka-pow! Next time I think I will try the thai massage. That is a whole other thing that i find exciting! I will continue to come here for every massage possible. I really can't say enough to support this business.

I had a wonderful massage here! The massage therapist was great and listened to me to get the pressure right. Just so you know for an hour, they charged me $65 before tip but the prices on the services say $50 so it is not up to date. Still a good price though.

I’ve been coming to this massage salon for a while now. Every time I request Coco, this past week I called to book an appointment with Coco and I was very rudely told that Coco “refuses to work with me”. I was utterly shocked and proceeded to ask why. I thought to myself, maybe they are mixing me up with a different client? What could I possibly have done? All the wheels started to spin.

The receptionist then continued to explain that Coco was unhappy with me because of my tipping. And the truth is, after every 1 hour massage I am always an appreciative tipper and tip $15. I responded to the receptionist explaining that to her and she said well, I’m sorry but you should be tipping $20-25 dollars.

I told the receptionist that I was unaware that Coco was unhappy with my tipping amount and that I would be happy to tip her more because I really do appreciate her work. She then put me on hold to try and get Coco the phone.

In the meanwhile, I heard these women whispering and mocking me for 4 minutes on the phone while I was on hold. The receptionist finally came back on the phone and very rudely and bluntly told me, “Coco does not like you, she will not get on the phone with you.”

This was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable and inappropriate interactions I’ve ever had on the phone. I don’t know if this is an issue of racial profile or what but I am disgusted by the way they treated me.

Banning a customer because you’re unhappy with an already generous tip in this day and age is out right ridiculous. There is already a huge tipping inflation issue in California and being as stubborn as to BAN a customer from your salon because of that is modern day economical profiling. Enough said.

If you’re someone who does not have the financial means to tip in the way this institution would seem...

OW OW OWW!!!!

Man it hurt so good. Lol I had a blast here. I had (I believe her name was) Annie. She was so awesome. I asked her to go medium however, by the size of the knots in my back I think she did right by going a little tougher. I ACTUALLY heard them popping as she went to town on them.

The welcoming was very sweet here and patient as I had no idea what I was doing. She had me go to the bathroom first. (Thank God because I always forget to pee until she's sitting on my back lol) She had me fill out two forms and then I immediately was walked to the back. I was very comfortable and excited for the massage.

I selected the Swedish/Athletic massage. Dealing with circulation and release of tension(I think). The bed was heated and I was covered. All of me was covered besides the body part she was working on.

She worked so hard on my problem spots and I was a little sore afterward but people have to remember depending on how bad your "condition" is it won't always be a day at the park. They're literally breaking up build up in your body which may have been there for far too long. So a huge thumbs up Annie!!

The only thing I would say is that it was super cold. Even with the heated table, I only felt warmth on my shins. Now this is me being nit picky because I will 100% return to Annie and her wonderful hands. It was just that when she wiped me off with a damp towel I was super cold.

-If you do go here they prefer you supply a CASH TIP so heads up. -Also I think they'd prefer you make an appointment as well. I did just walk in when they opened but previous reviews...

It makes me sad to write this negative review because I truly enjoyed my experience, but what followed shortly after was mind blowing. The first time I went to this establishment I had Pookie. She was great. No complaints about the service. Excitedly, I returned but Pookie was not in so I had Linda. She was great too! No complaints. I tipped both 18%. I called in a third time to make an appointment, and the receptionist KK told me I was no longer welcome there because I didn’t tip enough, and the therapists said my back is hard to do. I am a 5’8” female with an athletic build. I’ve seen tall and muscular men leave this spa. How is my back hard to do and isn’t 18% more than should be expected? I don’t know if KK just didn’t want me there (her attitude was off from day one) but in any case what kind of business says this to a loyal patron? I asked for management, sent emails and never heard back so here I am telling the people to be careful. I don’t know if they are racist, but as a black woman I felt discriminated against. Come here at...
