7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Nah people nice over here? Yeah right the afternoon shift people are the worst! The Male manager tried to charge me 50 dollars when I stated 15 dollars worth of gas and continued to argue I said 50. The Hispanic woman clerk is never help either always with a spiteful attitude and only looks out for people she knows. Why tell certain people to make line for gas in the gas line when others can just jump the line in the other cashier line when there is a sign looking out for just gas? She making it complicated for no reason. Let alone trying to come into the conversation about the gas when she wasnt even involved in it to begin with. They always got they worst attitudes...

Came here to get air for the car tires. I put the quarters in, and realized that the pressure gauge was nonfunctional. When I asked the attendant for help, he came out and told me that the pressure gauge was working fine as my time on the air ran out, despite never being able to actually get a gauge reading. When I told him that it still wasn't working he repeated that it was, so I asked him to show me that it was working. He refused because "I am not a mechanic," and refused to refund me.

Poor service and poor...

The only thing this company is known for is the fact that it’s open 24/7. Never in my life have I had to have problems with not only one but multiple 7-11’s in this area. This company needs to reconsider placing a location every other block. The workers don’t meet you half way when they’re out of stock and incredibly rude when it’s busy. I get that they have a sea of customers but I would still like to be taken care of for putting up with the line...
