The experience was terrible. No customer service. No listening skills. Incredibly rude. At 4:32pm I gave my order 5 times through the speaker system, the person on the other end was too busy carrying on a conversation with another worker to understand what I was requesting. I had to give my order again at the window after being signaled to drive up to the window by another employee. I placed an order again for the Combo 6 chilli dogs and 3 chilli cheese fries. I also requested sauerkraut and cheese and all beef hotdogs on the hotdogs, which at the time of the request I was not informed of the additional amount to be charged which was a significant amount. I cancelled the all beef, going with only the cheese and sauerkraut. Everything was good until I saw the employee preparing my food without the use of gloves. Using her bare hands to apply the cheese and to pickup the completed hotdogs to wrap. I promptly asked for my money back indicating that the employee was not using gloves and I was told Wienerschnizel employees do not have to use gloves when handling food with their hands, and I don't know...
Read moreI just took the Stars from 4 to one thanks to the manager who calls herself Maryanne, who's a heavy set hispanic woman with no customer service experience and a very aggressive attitude... She's rude and does not know how to handle simple situation.
I bought a milkshake (2020.11.01. @ 7ish pm) while waiting I see that it was sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes until it was my turn to pick up my order. Should have known something wasn't right when I noticed the whip cream was a lot flatter than it was earlier... I thought it would be fine but after leaving and taking a sip, it was warm and runny... That is not a milkshake. So I went back to ask that they make a new one. Instead, I get attitude and my money back! This woman is going to bring this restaurant down! This Wienerschnitzel is kinda of an icon in KTown and it's sad someone like her is responsible... How much money wasted because of her...

After years of stopping by around 9AM for at least a Mountain Dew and sometimes food, this morning when I drove in the drive-thru I was told by someone TRYING to be professional that the new owner changed the hours and to come back at 10AM. How difficult would it have been to give me the Mountain Dew and tell me about the new hours. At least then I would've remained a happy customer. Instead, you send me off without my morning caffeine and have the audacity to tell me to "come back at 10" as if I'm going to rearrange my day to accommodate YOUR schedule. You changed hours as of today!!!! Seems like you'd be a little more accommodating, especially to someone who has been a customer for YEARS! A smile and a Mountain Dew along with telling me the hours had changed would've probably kept me as a customer. Abruptly telling me to "come back" at 10AM has me not coming back TODAY or any other day!...
