Speakeasy Tattoo — Attraction in Los Angeles

I was short term noticing Scott as a tattoo artist since i finally decided to be near LA (its a long flight from Europe). Seemed like destiny to have a free appointment coming over like that. In just 5 days with a lot of back and forth between different ideas and drafts i had a tattoo ready to go and i can't recommend Scott enough. He's a true artist that listens to feedback and suggestions and also gives them to improve your tattoo. He also includes details of what might work best and what might not work that well, but if you insist on ideas that seem contradictory he will accept it and make it work as well. There was also a lot of good care before tattooing (trying the size of the tattoo) and while tattooing. Everything is very clean and he will take good care when you get tattooed. The pricing is according to 300 Dollar / hour. The first 300 will be a deposit and then counts to the rest of the time spend tatooing. The maximum amount of time was 6h but i only got charged for 4h since that is the time Scott suggested it will take. He will not overcharge and stay at the price per time suggested. True man of word.

Scott is genuinely one of the most talented, kind, thoughtful, connected & magical artists I have ever come across. He appreciates what it means to create a piece together and takes his time to consider if he's really the right fit and can honour your vision.

He has such a great way of editing a vision with skill and kindness to ensure it is ALL you want and more. My first piece by him continues to carry the energy of creation & brings me joy everyday. The strength power, movement and detail of my piece is unmatched and fits my body perfectly. He's also so great at knowing how to ensure the piece lives well with your body and where you envision it being.

His ability to create art on the skin canvas, as though it were an oil painting, is truly phenomenal.

I was looking for a great artist for more than a year to do my work. I couldn't find anyone. Stumbled upon InknIron convention and read up on the over 300 artist that were attending. Saw Scotts work and website and the rest is history. Scott does fantastic work. He is a true artist. He commissions and does a lot of amazing paintings! If you love art, you will be amazed at the things he can do. Oh and it was my very first tattoo. I get compliments all the time from people! Also check out Jane Cho.
