I was at Staples today and as I'm getting ready to pull into the parking lot on the parking lot of Staples a car rat rear-ended me there wasn't much damage to my vehicle but the security guard working there was totally out of place I was really shook up from a car rear-ending me and she had no regards to the fact that my car just got hit and she was very mean belligerent very foul mouth and I want to report her this accident took place at 4 in the afternoon on Tuesday and is that the Staples on the corner of palm and Lincoln and the people that hit me to hit me from the rear they were totally at fault and this security guard kept on mouthing off very unprofessional using curse words and profaned language at me all worried about me moving my car when I just got in an accident I was so upset she could if she wanted to do something she could direct traffic to the other driveway just had an accident and I don't like people calling me racist names she's a black security officer and she was using racial racist names and when LAPD got there I told them about her I said it wasn't these young kids matter fact they were not acting mean or nothing they were at fault and they were very nice to me but my problem was is that security that black security female and when lapd's there she's not mouth mouth and off say when LAPD got the Los Angeles Police Department got there she didn't even come outside what a coward and I told them about her by her...

I needed two copies of a booklet of about 45 pages. I went to a local copying place and they did the booklet in about five minutes at a cost of $10.91 including tax. Then I went to Staples at around 10 AM. The man behind the counter said they would call me when it was ready. They texted me at 4:45 PM. I went to pick it up and the booklet was not stapled. The man behind the counter (a different person) said something about the machine being out of order and stapled it by hand. (The staples are not straight but it seems to be ok.) The cost was $15.77 which included tax and an "express guarantee" charge of $3.32. I'm not sure how Staples defines "express" but five minutes seems a lot more express than nearly seven hours. I emailed them to ask if they would consider refunding the express charge but I never heard back. ...
Read moreI use Office Depot’s print and scan services frequently and I assumed Staples would be comparable, but I was so wrong. The printers and scanners Staples has are dinosaurs; I haven’t seen anything like them since the 90’s. I needed to fax a 3 page document (such an elementary request) and was unable to do so at this location. When I tried to scan the pages on the flatbed scanner, the machine defaulted to sending each page as an individual fax (are you kidding me?) There was no option to override this setting and fax a multiple page document. Then, an employee suggested I try the document “feeder” on the top of the machine, which is supposed to have the ability to scan a multi-page document one page at a time. But of course, it jammed immediately, and the machine destroyed my document. Please, do NOT waste your time or money at Staples…just go to Office...
