See update below. Silted over, derelict boats everywhere, non-functioning marine facilities, absentee management with no apparent interest in maintaining what could be the best marina in louisville. UPDATE June 2025 Management is really stepping up, marina is now dredged to 7', pump out works, and other steps have been taken to reduce floating debris from entering the Marina. It's getting close to a very good marina.

The area around the marina is pretty clean. Occasionally there is some garbage strewn around the parking lot. The docks and gates are all very nice and well maintained. My son lives on his boat and we visit and hang out on the back of his sail boat. This is the view of louisville from his boat slip. It is beautiful.

What a great place! We are on a boat trip from Cave In Rock, IL to Cincinnati, OH and was VERY late getting to the marina (10:30 pm) because it took several hours to get through one of the locks. Troy from the marina came out and met us and guided us in, then helped get out electricity hooked up and gave us the tour. SUPER nice guy, and the marina is very nice and quiet. We will be staying here again on our way back through and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice...
