Lowell Computer took the time to trouble shoot the issue I was having with my projector lamp. They assessed why it wasn’t working (which the manufacturer wasn’t able to help with) and I ended up purchasing a new to me projector from Lowell Computer for a very fair price and it works great. The owner is kind and responsive. I would trust them with my business again in the future, and I’m so glad I found a place that will actually still trouble shoot and repair electronics in our throw-away...

I brought my laptop in for service due to it lagging and wanted it reset/recovery. He asked me if there were anything I wanted saved, I said I wanted my desktop saved. I now have my laptop and turn it on and find that my desktop has been completely cleared/erased of any icons and apps/programs I had saved. This is ridiculous. I have had my laptop serviced by other computer specialists and they saved my icons and programs. Very poor communication on his part.

Best Computer Fixing store in Lowell. Abdul is very friendly and generous man. He helped me with my laptop issue even after the store closing hours. I am more than grateful to him for patiently working on fixing my laptop issues. He also gave me good tips on buying good laptops. He also offered me water & above all he is a good human! I highly recommend him. Definitely coming back to his store for all computer/laptop related issues!! :)
