Espresso Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

My first time poisoned My first time having tachycardia as a result My first time being intoxicated by a food establishment that hires ineffective youth.

After calling, leaving a message with no call back, being told to call after five o'clock after calling a second time and having no sense of urgency nor resolve on a life matter, I find Espresso's Pizza in Lowell absolutely barbarically unprofessional and a risk to be public safety, their sanitation methods have infiltrated the food process, contaminating the product and risking health issues to the consumer.

Three times the charm I suppose as I am due to call a third time to get a resolution to this nearly fatal case.

This is what happens when seniors employ young inexperienced help that lacks pride in their work or possesses the necessary cerebral capacities or basic common self respect and common decency to carry on the professional responsibilities to serve a trusting clientele that expect great service and product without conflict.

I've been obligated to report poison control on your behalf, if no answer is met or resolve is met, I will be obligated to seek legal counsel, I would hate to be the reason for your shutdown but you've forced my hand by having to defend my health from your negligence, especially since this establishment nears the quarters a century.

Get it together, you lack professionalism & grit, not to mention humane responsibility for those you serve.

First off I’d like to say that I’ve been going there since I was five years old with my Father, who is now passed away we shared good memories, my whole family with this place!! Yesterday I was Completely appalled and confused and baffled by the service I ordered a large extra cheese, half pepperoni half hamburger and sausage. My wife and I went to pick it up. I went in there and I was completely ignored by people they would not even Look at me like I was a ghost not for nothing I looked around. Noticed I was the only white person there. I’ve never in my life had the feeling I felt yesterday ?!?! I have been racially profiled because I was white. I would have rather them called me a cracker to my face.!!!! Than to be ignored like I was not even a human being. I’ve never been so confused and angry and all my life. I did not understand what was happening. It was completely racial now I know how that feels. It is not a good feeling. For people, Anyone who has been through that!!!! I woke up still upset and angry and felt I needed to say something to someone about this. I hope people read this so they know that that place has changed for the worst over the years. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.!!!! I will never go there. I’ve spent probably a half $1 million in my lifetime but that’s not the point is it??!! Just on principal, I could never go there again, so I will take my memories and my money and give it to a place that deserves My hard...

Great food. Decent atmosphere. Had an interesting experience. Lets call it a "Dora The Explorer Pizza Excursion" Long story short I order my pizza (cheese well done). The teenager working the register looked at the pizza, knowing it was darker than the other regular cheese pizzas. I watch him give it to another customer. I sit back and watch it all go down. She comes back 5 min later. She said to the cashier, 'I have the wrong pizza'. As they both inspect it. I'm still watching. He takes the pizza and says mine is ready. As if I wasn't watching. Now lets be honest. It might of been his first job. Mistakes happen. But at the end of the day anything can happen to a pizza that has been given to someone else in 5 minutes. The manager was kind enough to step in and offer to make a new pizza😌. And it was definitely worth the wait🤗. But my final thoughts on the whole thing......... Hey Swiper, No Swiping🥺! My point is they go above and beyond to deliver great service in a timely fashion. Even in the midst of a pizza...
