South Park Parody Reveiw :) ...I, Mantequilla "The Last of the Meheecans", a.k.a. butters, journeyed out to find the best Mexican restaurant in the northeast. The odyssey was long, but I said to myself, "nothing can stop me and my pride in Mother Meheeco". Over a great deal of time and 2,032 miles later on foot I struggled to approach the yellow beacon on the hill. "What is that?" I asked... "is that say El Potro?". I cautiously walked in, knowing that my very presence, if detected by the staff, may give them the motivation to get up and escape back to the motherland. This restaurant reminded me of "El Pollo Loco", which was the last restaurant in which my adopted family dropped me off at last time I got lost playing Boarder Patrol with my amigos back home. I sat down thinking about all my friends who I got separated from, and what they might be doing now. The waiter asked, "what would you like today Senior Mantequilla?" I said, "1 Torta, 3 tacos and a chocolate milk por favor." In that moment he explained to me that I was the sole inspiration in his life and ran off to give me the most authentic experience I have had this far away from Meheeco. "Olay!" I shouted, which was echoed by every Meheecan in the establishment. I then received my meal and beverage which was made to absolute perfection. Every bite made Mr. Wein tinkle tinkle a little bit, it was so amazing. I knew the food was going to be good after seeing Lingua on the menu; however, every individual bite was full of flavor and mystery in the same sense. After, finishing my meal I ask to use the restroom, and I was not disappointed there as well. The toilet had a clean open shelf on the back, perfect for me to put a comic book and chocolate milk down to enjoy during my daily tinkle. This was so relaxing after a long week of my boss singing "work Mexican work". It's truly the little things in life. I went out and sat back down thinking again about my amigos and how they were still out there waiting for me. I look up at the waiter and said, "you are really great, amigos, and it really makes me appreciate my amigos back home". The waiter said, "you will always have a home here". As I approsched the exit, I stopped with my back towards the dining room and slowly began to raise my hands as I started to hear the roar of millions of Meheecans throughout the world yell, "Oooooooooooooooooo, Oy! Oy! Orgullo! Maaaaantequilla!" IG #bluehanky137

I stopped by El Potro close to closing, and once the appetizers came out, I instantly regretted not coming sooner so I could have more of an opportunity to consume everything on the menu. I will be back very soon. Some of the best quesadillas I have ever had nice and crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside; they weren’t cheap, with the shrimp plenty of shrimp to repopulate the Atlantic Ocean seasoned to perfection. The drinks were strong and fruity. I am 45 minutes away from Lowell, but I will undoubtedly be visiting very often!

We are on our way to the airport, we were so tempted to get something fast like a sub, instead we went for this place. What a great find. The grilled chicken was to die for. The environment walking in is that of a Cantina where all the locals gather. What we're talking about the 20 to 40 year old locals. We had to get takeout so we went straight to the bar and the bartender / manager took care of us. We had to wait a little extra but the wait was worth it. Go here if your taste buds want something other than a northern meal.

First time here and I wish I knew about this place sooner. Love the atmosphere very welcoming and the team of employees were great. The Ceviche de Camarones, one of my favorite Mexican dishes, was fresh and delicious. Then I got the Pollo Tostadas. Delicious and filling. My significant other got the Tres Compadres. He was not disappointed! The prices....well they won’t be sending you to the bank or making you work overtime!! This will definitely be a return eats for me!! Keep it up El Potro’s!!! 🤗

I came here today for first time. Love mexican food in general , but this place is up to the next great level. I totally love the flavors involved here in every dish that they make. I got the shredded chicken chimichangas, and my friend got a fish dish which was quite big. Portions are quite generous, and they make you full. Although i would love some level of spice too, it caters to most of your tastebuds. Overall, they serve great food and service. Would recommend it to everyone!
