Went to the farm today for a holiday concert and festival that welcomed Santa on a tractor. They had so many cool things for the kids to do including horse and pony rides. The only bummer was that you kind of had to pay for a lot of things individually or spend money on a wristband but I get that the farm has to make money. I talked with one of the guys on the staff and he said they have a lot of the activities set up every weekend for kids to come and do and hang out on the farm. As I was leaving I saw people coming in to pick up Christmas trees which was really cool as well. Read moreWe got a Christmas tree on 12/22 and they still had a good stock available. In addition, the tree we got was super fresh. No needles fall off it when you touch it. We also got the best Christmas tree stand we've ever had.
When getting the tree, a worker named Scott talked to us about various tree stands. We fight every year to try to screw in the 3 screws on our tree stand and sometimes it would fall over.
