Once again disappointed with the quality of food, inconsistency of servings and long wait. Today was the last straw when ordering a chicken breast sandwich and turkey Brie sandwich. I have given them so many chances to improve by calling, complaining, having things remade and nothing ever improves. Today, the chicken breast was rubber and completely inedible on the chicken breast sandwich. The turkey sandwich had a thin SLICE of turkey deli meat, a sliver of Brie that was worthy of one bite and was overall two pieces of bread with jam for $11. I have also had inconsistencies with the breakfast wrapsâŚso many times I would get barely one egg in the wrap until I complained and they finally made it right. Two other times I had no eggs! The first time the girl argued with me that people get sausage wraps but my receipt said sausage, EGG, and cheese. Another time I had it remade again bc they forgot the egg in the wrap. The amount of times I have had to come back for the correct order is unacceptable.
Itâs a cute place, in a good location but once the popularity built up they stopped quality control with the food and there is too much inconsistency with what goes into each meal. If I pay $11 for a sandwich I expect several slices of turkey not one. I expect my $10 chicken sandwich to be edible as well. Only thing this place can do right is put cream cheese on a bagel, but even that takes 15 mins and there has been no improvement to the time issues regardless of what has been said in the review responses. Also, instead of bullying people over their 1 star reviews, make some actual improvements - google is here to allow people to have a voice. 1 star reviews wouldnât be happening if you had more quality control. I have called to complain too many times and people shouldnât have to constantly bring a sandwich back to be remade - it should be done right the first time. Iâm done handing money over and not receiving...
Read moreStopped here for lunch on my way to a job and wow is all I have to say. Initially wanted an iced latte and asked if they had any alternative milks- ânot for the lattesâ she says, which makes no sense. I then ask for an iced coffee âwe have cold brew in the caseâ , me - âno, I was going to ask if I can get an iced coffee with some hazelnut pumps in itâ. She proceeds to hand me a cup of ice and then tells me I have to mix the pre poured cold brew in with the hazelnut syrup myself.
I wanted a latte , then asked for an iced coffee, and then was gaslit into making my own cold brew drink lol. ICED COFFEE AND COLD BREW ARE NOT THE SAME! and if you work in a cafe and have alternative milks in site you should know how to make a latte with it- this is a little odd to say the least.
Next , this place closes at 2:00. Me and 3 other patrons were finishing up our meals around 2. At 2:01, home girl shuts off the lights in the dining area on people actively finishing up their meals. I get youâre ready to go but I have never seen something so unprofessional. She yells âsorry we close at 2 so I need to lock the doors, you guys can exit through the side door â lmao. Iâve never đ Iâve worked in food service , you just tell new people who walk in that you stop serving at 2 , you donât turn the lights off on diners.
I just got a Caesar salad it was mid. Used the fake shakey Parmesan cheese. Lettuce wasnât...
Read moreWe've had mixed feelings about this place in the past, but seeing as how I was shopping nearby and figured I'd order online and pick it up. Said 20 minute wait after I placed the order (bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, 2 eggs Sunnyside up, bacon and 3 hash browns). Walk in after waiting about 15 minutes (didn't look too busy outside). Took about 5 minutes to get to the counter, grabbed an OJ and iced coffee (an astounding $7+ for a small bottle of OJ and small cup of iced coffee). Order isn't ready yet. Said just a few minutes. Ok, no big deal. 20 minutes later, I get a text saying my food was ready. But, low and behold, it still isn't. Had to wait another few minutes. Finally get home, and food looks decent, except there's 1 piece of bacon. 1 piece broken into 3 smaller pieces. Now, their menu charges 8.99 for eggs, toast, hash brown and meat. The bacon is 1.99 upcharge (only turkey sausage was included in the 8.99 price). So, I paid $4 for a single piece of lousy bacon. On top of the that. I was shorted a hash brown. Highly disappointing. I paid almost $30 for about $9 worth of food at any sit down restaurant. I almost want my money back... Lesson learned, I'd avoid this place...
