Tried to get a quote for a cut out. Simple.

They Told me to go into the store.

I said, I just need to know the price of a card cut out. I don’t need to drive to a store. Just a rough cost. I even sent a picture of what I needed.

Was then asked for the measurements.

I Sent the exact measurements for a quote.

I was then ignored.

I sent another message asking for an update.

Was told that they were too busy to deal with me as they were at a trade show and I had to go to the store.

What kind of service is that? It’s a very simple request. And to be ignored and fobbed off. Why don’t you pass my query onto the store if you’re too busy to deal with a customer?!

This is what happens when you try to shop local and support businesses. Online I now go to get what I want from Etsy. I’ll even e-mail you a picture of the finished product I get off Etsy to show you...
