Venezia Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Makefield Township

Our friends picked this place because someone told them it was good. When we got there all the tables were dirty, so we picked the least dirty one and sat down. We were waited on by a very young kid who was probably at his very first job. He didn’t really know what he was doing and he was very slow. We ordered two pizzas with the same toppings, but one gluten free. When asked if we could get the gluten free with those toppings, he said yes, then said it only comes in one size. I was confused what the size had to do with the toppings. When the pizzas came out, the gluten free one was a regular cheese pizza without the toppings we asked for. I asked the kid about it. After several seconds of blank stares from him, my husband figured out that they must not put anything on the gluten free pizzas because they’re premade frozen pizzas. The kid said, oh yeah. Sorry. Stopped in on a Wed night around 8:30 for a couple slices to go. Placed my order, paid, and sat down to wait a few min for it to be heated up a little. They were not busy at al, only one coupe in the restaurant. Sat there for about 10-15 minutes, and still nothing. The cashier muffled something under in breath about my slices. He forgot about them and they were burnt! Asked where my food was and was told about them being burnt. Older employee said he was gonna make a new one, I was so exhausted from a day of travel and Hospital visit with my mother, I didn’t want to wait LONGER. I just wanted my money back and I’d leave. The older employee gave me gave me two other slices, other than the really burnt ones. Left somewhat satisfied. HOWEVER, when I finally got home, the slices he gave me almost as BURNT as the first two!!!! I could barely eat one slice because the bottle was almost completely black and nasty! Simply terrible. Pizza is mediocre. Thank god for Villa Rosa around the corner that knows how to treat customers.

The owner tried blaming me for his credit card system not working. Made me wait over 10 minutes and try multiple cards. This foul individual recognized me as a regular but would not let up and tried taking my credit card information to process the next day. Who would allow this?!

Never once was an apology offered, and this savage ripped the pizza box off the counter to spite his face, as he felt I attacked his integrity by letting him know I was appalled for how this all went down and how long this took. Mind you, not one other person was in the restaurant.
