This is for the Stony Hill, Yardley Location This is the most mismanaged Giant store I have encountered! Unfortunately it is the one closest to my home. I generally like Giant, as far as supermarkets go, however, this one is terrible! So many items are " out of stock". Most sale items are consistently out of stock even on the second day of the sale. I love the fried chicken at Giant, this Giant, not so much. There are only a few pieces available when it is available it's overcooked dried out and old. Whenever I walk into this place there are no baskets (the small carry ones) by the door. I have to hunt one down, that's how I usually spend the first few minutes at this Giant, every single time! When I need a cart, they are often only found in the parking lot. I can never make a trip to this store without being disappointed in some way or experiencing some predictable dilemma. I often have to drive past this Giant on my way to the Newtown location, out of the way but worth the drive if I want to make sure I can get everything on my list. Especially the chicken. The 5G mobile coverage has become quite weak, making it almost unusable. 📶 If you are using Instacart or similar services, it may take a significantly longer time to complete a batch due to the slow internet connection. 🐌 Please be aware that the app may encounter difficulties while attempting to reload order items and customer chats. ⚠️ At the time of writing this, the store's Wi-Fi network was broadcasting its SSID, but it did not respond when prompted for sign-in. 🤔 I am unsure whether this is due to an authentication or certificate issue, or if it is specific to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. 📱 Additionally, the store's Wi-Fi connection is also not reliable. 🚫

Read moreClean store, decent selection on most items. Produce is good. I agree more with previous comments mentioning unfriendly staff more than I do with those mentioning friendly staff. To be fair there are probably both, but I haven't experienced many of the latter to be honest. Would help if they could just smile more? Friendly or unfriendly, there usually aren't enough staffed check-out lines, obviously trying to route more shoppers through the lower cost self-checkout which is lousy...very frustrating...constantly telling me I put an unscanned item in the bagging area or I didn't put a scanned item in the bagging area. Maybe those sensors need a recalibration? Suggest you ask the guys at Home Depot how they get their self-checkout to...
